I don?t understand how a business that is literally in charge of managing and dispensing controlled substances can be so disorganized, how a business with that responsibility can so frequently lose information, how they can be so bad at keeping track of everything and anything.Every time we have gone to pick up a prescription in the last year there has been some kind of mistake or confusion, not to mention the delays!When my GP sends an order for 3 prescriptions, how do you just lose one?When I order new repeat prescriptions on Monday, my GP approves them and forwards to the pharmacy on Tuesday, and I go in to pick up on the following Monday, why have you not even ordered the drugs yet?Why do I have to wait in the shop for 30 minutes for you to tell me that my prescription is out of stock? Do you not keep track of inventory?How about the time they told me that Canesten was only available on prescription!?!!I have asked multiple times if there is some way I should be communicating with them differently or if I am missing some necessary step to make things easier. Nope.They just really don?t seem to be able to keep track of anything here and I?m done with it.I?m switching back to the local family run pharmacy.

If you want to make a documentary about incompetence, you should really visit this place with your camera. It would drive the most patient person absolutely insane. Don't ever visit this place, even if you have to go to Glasgow to find a pharmacy.

They left me without my life-saving prescriptions for months, saying they were out of stock, which was untrue. Since they changed staff, they kept making careless mistakes with my drugs, forgetting boxes and medications, making my treatment discontinuous; this heavily badly affects my health. I'm changing pharmacy. AVOID THEM!

Went there in the morning and waited 30 minutes for my medication. Decided to go home and go back later. Went back 2 more times the same day, they couldn?t find my prescription.

This pharmacy has the potential to be 5-star as it has a good range of products at reasonable prices, however, it is VERY badly managed. The management haven?t addressed the very clear problems highlighted in the reviews, so it?s clear they don?t care. The Well group should take action.A few issues:First, WHY do they never answer the phone?! It would save unnecessary trips to the pharmacy only to find out your prescription isn?t ready, leading to angry and frustrated customers. I?ve asked why they don?t answer the phone and the response is that it?s their policy, especially when busy. I?ve heard the phone ringing when it?s not busy, they still don?t answer. Reader - I challenge you to get someone to pick-up on five attempts at phoning them.Second, the prescription management system is chaotic, leading to long queues; angry and frustrated customers; demoralised, rude and lethargic staff. This could be so easily fixed with a better processing system, how they haven?t addressed this is beyond me.Third, their stock management system is dreadful, so many customers are told their medication isn?t in stock, it?s unreal.Fourth, the counter staff are not well-trained. No people skills and their standard response is your prescription will be ready in 20mins, whilst most customers will wait 40+mins and this causes anger and frustration. Why they don?t give a more realistic waiting time to set expectations for everyone is anyone?s guess.I could go on, but if management haven?t got the ability to improve the problems this pharmacy should be shut or they should be replaced.The ONLY reason this place survives is due to lack of competition in Archway. Once a better managed pharmacy or high street chain arrives this place will close - its days are numbered.

My name is Farid, and I would like to bring to your attention the unacceptable behavior displayed by one of your staff members.This morning, I visited your pharmacy to collect a medication that I have been taking for over 10 years. To my dismay, upon returning home and inspecting the contents of the bag, I discovered that I had been given the wrong medication. Instead of receiving the cholesterol-lowering medication that I specifically requested, I was given a sleep aid medication.In addition to this medication error, I must highlight the disrespectful attitude I encountered when I returned to the pharmacy to rectify the situation. The staff member I interacted with, named Massi, was extremely rude and unprofessional. Despite explaining the situation and requesting the correct medication, I was met with dismissive responses and long waiting times.Massi informed me that I would need to wait for 20 to 25 minutes due to a high volume of orders. Patiently, I complied with their request and waited for over 30 minutes. When I inquired about my medication, I was shocked to learn that no action had been taken. Furthermore, Massi engaged in conversation with another individual as if they were discussing my situation, and it appeared as though they were saying that the medication was not available. However, I later discovered that the medication was indeed in stock.To my utter disappointment, Massi finally informed me that they were unable to provide me with the medication due to a lack of approval from my doctor. This statement was blatantly false, as I have been prescribed this medication for a considerable period of time without any issues. Frustrated and dissatisfied with the overall service and the lack of honesty, I promptly left the pharmacy and sought assistance from another establishment.I feel compelled to express my concern regarding the professionalism and credibility of the pharmacy's staff members. It is crucial for Well Pharmacy to ensure that its employees uphold the highest standards of customer service, honesty, and integrity. The experience I encountered has left me deeply dissatisfied and has prompted me to seek an alternative pharmacy for my future needs.I sincerely hope that you will take my complaint seriously and investigate the matter thoroughly. It is imperative that appropriate measures are taken to address the behavior exhibited by Massi and to prevent such incidents from occurring in the future. My GP always sends me a prescription in this pharmacy.I have taken medicine many times, always waiting waiting to take medicine.Now it will be the last time my foot enters this pharmacy.Two hours they make you wait to pick up a medicine, and 5 days to pick up a normal medicine.If I could zero I would put . A useless pharmacy.

Useless pharmacy. They never pick up the phone, don't order prescriptions/ medication on time (despite assurances that they will) and the staff have been rude. Needs and overhaul from top to bottom.

Got to be one the worst pharmacy's I've ever been to took them over an hour to get my prescription ready plenty of staff but there all busy talking about their personal life's and not getting on with there job's.They have no customer care at all it's awful

This is honestly the worst pharmacy in north London. Every time a prescription is due to be sent there it apparently never arrives and they can?t seem to find it even though the GP has sent it?Go to boots or get your prescriptions sent somewhere else.THEY ARE THE WORST!!!!

The pharmacists have been very helpful on multiple occasions. Got my booster there, in and out in 5 mins. The best one amongst the 3, barely felt the needle.
