I have been with this pharmacy for a number of years and have been impressed at how they will get the items on my prescription. A special thanks to pharmacist Madine who is very knowledgeable.

One of the staff in here tried to pull a fast one and overcharge me 20 pounds more for medication! I called them out immediatley, and they admitted it should be 20 pounds cheaper! won't shop here again.

I've been with chemist for nearly a year. And they have been such a delight to engage with on a daily basis. Never given enough credit for the work they do especially niomi and Charlie. Always smiling. And I always leave there happy with the service. And the most important one is madine the pharmacist....

Took 3 weeks to get all the medication they said they would order. Came back many times during those 3 weeks and was repeatedly told to just come back tomorrow or that I would get a text. I never got a text, only when I asked for a refund did they turn out to have the medication after all. They even tried to pretend that they had given it to me before. Was told to sit and wait and finally given it with a very unheartfelt 'sorry for the confusion' parting statement. The other pharmacies in the area seem much better. This one is very neatly presented which probably lures people in. But it's a trap.

Gave in a prescription, told to sit and wait, waited 20 minutes and then informed that actually the pharmacist was on lunch and it would take an hour. I don't think I would have been told this, if it were not for another customer handing in a prescription and the staff member noticing me (and another customer who had also been waiting). Poor communication

DO NOT COME HERE!
1. Visited on Friday to order my partner?s prescription ? they didn?t have it in stock but said they would order it for the next day.
2. Returned on Saturday only to be told not only had they not ordered it, but they had also lost the prescription sheet entirely.
Now my girlfriend is going without antibiotics for 2?3 days because of the sheer incompetence of the staff. Avoid the stress and go to any of the other pharmacies in Archway instead!

Avoid this pharmacy at all costs.
On day one, I arrived around 2:00 pm to collect a prescription issued by NHS 111, only to be told the pharmacist was on lunch and to return in an hour.
When I came back later, I was informed there was a ?problem? with the prescription ? specifically a supposed ?lack of signature.? This was baffling, considering it was an electronic prescription.
I called NHS 111 again, they confirmed everything looked good with the prescription. However, they issued a second prescription regardless, assuring me there would be no further issues. At that point, the pharmacy had closed for the day.
The next morning, I returned at 9:05 am, only to find the pharmacy still closed. At 9:15 am, an employee told the growing queue outside that the pharmacist was ?running late.? Fine. I returned a couple of hours later with the new prescription.
And yet again, they refused to dispense it, citing another vague ?problem.?
Frustrated, I went to another nearby pharmacy. The staff there were friendly, helpful, and immediately confirmed that the prescription was perfectly valid. They told me they could dispense it immediately if Well Pharmacy simply released it back into the system.
They even called Well Pharmacy on my behalf ? but they still refused to cooperate.
In my experience, Well Pharmacy demonstrated an alarming lack of competence, professionalism, and basic patient care. Their handling of this situation was completely unacceptable and potentially dangerous.

Was kinda sniffly so dropped in here for a face mask and was told they don?t sell them - what!!! In a pharmacy???
I was honestly shocked. How soon we forget the global pandemic that killed off our grandparents :-(

Waiting queue is long most the time, mainly because the prescription counter and payment counter are the same. Otherwise, a good pharmacy.

As the other reviews suggest really poor pharmacy. I booked a flu jab and was told they didn?t have any but to walk in a few days later. When I did so they said they don?t take any walk ins.

This pharmacy is absolutely the worst. It's so frustrating as our children need regular cardiac medication and it's our closest one, they make every little thing so difficult! There should be a no star rating for places like this.
