I am not happy with the service. I came and said that I want to be serviced by banks and I need a consultation, to which they told me to register online. Then I asked them to help, said that I took the documents with me, but they refused me here too. If the bank wants to switch completely to the online system, why does it need employees?

It was a great experience and customer service by LANRE. He helped me to open the account and explained the information in detail with lots of patience. I appreciate his work and time. Love to meet him in future.

Some staff are really unfriendly, unprofessional and rude. One agent in particular keeps ignoring you when you come to the branch, she should consider completing customer service training as a matter of urgency. Only one guy is helpful and knows his job. Tsb used to be great! Lovely customer service. 5-star service! Now I am afraid it is not even 1 star. It is a shame!

I can?t able to use my card so I went to Holloway branch TSB and at counter there was Black lady extremely rude and not helpful.Branch close at 5:00 and She misinform me branch closed at 4:00 .Very Rude staff Manager are sitting in office all are of Black community cant offer me help.worst experience of my life and use TSB service

I recently called them in as I needed assistance while being temporarily abroad, without any chance of visiting the branch in person. The lady I spoke to was extremely polite and offered not only very helpful professional advice over the phone, but also a solution that could not have met my needs any better. She was also so kind to call me back afterwards, to confirm that everything had been taken care of and to check that I was happy and satisfied with the solution offered.
I am giving 5 stars to the TSB Archway branch as the team there went above and beyond to help me solve my issue, and this was done quickly and smoothly.

I was visiting a branch at 4:18 and the lady told me counter cashier was closing at 4:00 and banks open until 5:00 I don?t understand why?? wats bank jobs if cashier close?! What?s doing after 4:00 just play games ( getting paid for nothing)

Unhelpful and rude staff . All I needed a stamp on my statement - being paperless and customer for 14 years, they said they didn?t have a stamp which was a lie as second colleague came with a stamp but only agreed to put a stamp on the one they print- but they don?t print more than 3 months. They lost a loyal customer today. Well done

This bank is normally good and very helpful but today I was served by the manager "the Australian guy" I wanted to put in 560 odd quid into my ISA and he starts asking me questions looking at me like I'm some dodgy person and kept asking me where I got the money from.... 560 pounds really? I told him anyway where it came from and tries to slip me up about it. then he looks at me like dirt. He put the money in to my current account instead of my ISA. I would normally give 5 stars but after my experience today they will get one.
