I have been a loyal customer and i love Starbucks - I usually get my coffee from this branch as i just live above the shop next to it! However they don?t always have my favourite coffee which is Filter coffee and i always been offered ?Americano? which is not same ! Every time i have been offered i didn?t mind waiting for my filter coffee to get ready .
Yesterday i was in an absolute rush and i ordered online ! 20 minutes later when i went down and took a sip of my coffee it was ?Americano ? i have convinced the staff that it was Americano and they casually said someone else grabbed your coffee which i am not sure about! And then they gave me such an old and cold Filter coffee that i have noticed when i just stepped out the shop! I have gone back to shop and asked for a proper Filter coffee despite to my limited time!
However , i was late for my appointment- was annoyed about the experience!
I have ordered online it is because i didn?t want to be late ! Please re-train your staff and teach them the difference between Americano and filter coffee

Hasib is always welcoming and very friendly. He has such a positive attitude, and it?s clear that he puts real effort and love into his work you can see he gives 100% every single time. Today he even wrote ?Have a lovely day? on my cup, and it honestly made my morning! I?m truly grateful to have a place like this near my home, with people like him who make every visit special. Thank you for the amazing service and warm atmosphere!

Since the new staff and management this has gone from the worst Starbucks in the UK to one of the best. Drinks taste as they should, staff are considerate and do everything they can to make sure you have a good experience. Nice quiet seating area downstairs

This Starbucks has a really welcoming vibe, thanks to the awesome people who hang out and work here. Dhrovik and PC are always around, bringing good energy to the place. They?re friendly, easy to talk to, and make the atmosphere feel relaxed and social. I also know Hamed, and he?s another great person who adds to the positive vibe?even if he?s not always there, he?s definitely part of the crew that makes this spot special.
Whether you?re stopping by for a coffee break or staying a while to work or chat, it?s nice knowing you?ll run into good people and a friendly atmosphere. Definitely one of the better Starbucks locations if you?re looking for more than just your caffeine fix!
