I waited home this morning for my parcels then received a message at 11:11am saying they couldn't deliver my parcel as they couldn't gain access to front door the postman who was delivering didn't even press my buzzer this is actually so sad to see royal mail going down this road of bad delivery service.

Postman with the locks that has been delivering recently to Upper Holloway area is one of the most ignorant people I have ever come across. How on earth he managed to get a customer service job with Royalmail is beyond me.Disgusting, I will be making sure my parcel courier isn’t with Royalmail going forward.
