Had a sausage roll the only good thing I can say about it is it was hot.It was more like a pasty and the meat was like dry pulled pork.
The coffee was passable.

The sad reality of hospitals is that you don't visit for the food or even the ambience. What you do want is somewhere that serves drinks and some sort of snack at whatever odd hour you happen to be visiting. Now Muffin Break isn't open 24-hours but they are open a lot and happily dispense hot drinks to visitors for a price. I didn't try the food but the muffins did look pretty tasty.

Happy to see muffin break in Ilford high street, enjoyed a wonderful breakfast with family delicious,clean and very nice environment indoor and outdoor. Everything was really fresh loved the coffee.

Asked for the egg and bacon panini, said they had no egg but charged same price, heated up until rock hard and £5:50 for the privilege of not being able to eat it without breaking your teeth. Speaking own language and not English in front of customers so they can discuss the price amounts other things. This place makes me sick. Severely overpriced. I wish they would put something or someone else here instead. Go to the cafes in Archway and save your money!

Food poisoning feom the Cheltenham branch. No contact from Head office whatsoever. Please be very careful about your food choices here as would hate anybody else to suffer as badly as I have.

I can't comment on all of their products. The first time I visited I was not impressed at all, but the banana walnut muffin I had yesterday with coffee was simply OUTSTANDING. I will definitely give them a another chance

Just WoWLovely place on the 1st floor of a Whittington Hospital building site .Muffins , sandwiches, and croissants taste amazing .Everything is fresh and looks beautiful,Decorations of the sweets snacks are really persuasive .I could not say , no .....Coffee, tea, fresh juices , baby chino...There are a lot of seats inside .Toilets available .Very cosy , warm, and tidy.Perfect idea to attract customers while they are waiting for collection theirs prescriptions .Excellent choice of quality ?5 out of 5 ? stars ?Incredible !!!!

Came here for a latte and I'm lactose intolerant so asked for oat milk instead and was charged an extra 60p! Should be free! Feel like I've been discriminated against through no fault of my own.
I didn't realise I had been charged for oat milk until I saw it in tiny writing on the board.

Very unclean. Ordered 2 pots of tea, both had dirt in the spout of the pots. When mentioned to a member of staff her response was ill get someone to clean them then and walked away from me. Not a sorry, replacement or a refund. When explained to one member of staff he had no idea what I was talking about.
Nothing is cleaned correctly, was given dirty cups I had to take back and change. if they can't do the simplest of things I don't even want to know what else is done wrong. The muffins are not worth it.
