Harrow on the Hill branch. Screen orders had no receipts printing and no order number displayed on screen. Big Arch burger disappointing. Very dry, cheese missing, hardly any crispy onions and generally just not very good. Better off getting a double quarter pounder with cheese which is also over a £ cheaper.

As far as McDonald?s go this was pretty decent. For saying it was busy service was fairly quick.
Polite staff , decent parking.

Hello,
About 20 minutes ago, I ordered a Cheesy McCrispy menu for takeaway and asked for a couple of sauces for my fries. However, the staff member who served me had an unwelcoming attitude, as if she didn?t want to give me any sauces. I simply asked for ketchup and barbecue, but she kept saying things like ?you need to pay for this or that? while continuing to chat with her colleagues, barely acknowledging me.
Unfortunately, when I got home, I realized that my order was completely wrong. There?s really just one thing that needs to be done right ? preparing the correct order. I was hungry and tired, but when I tried to eat what I received, I could barely take two bites because the taste was completely off.
Sadly, I often experience issues with this branch. When ordering through Just Eat, the food usually arrives cold, and even when I pay extra for sauces, they?re often missing. Drinks are always spilled. When visiting the store, I encounter a different set of problems like this.
Customers pay for their food and expect basic standards to be met. Instead of chatting on the floor, I kindly ask that staff focus on doing their jobs properly.

Ordered delivery, they forgot the burger, the main component of the burger meal. Everything else was stone cold. Looking at the reviews this seems to be the norm - would avoid

Worst McDonald's I ever ordered from... You either get cold and dry food or they're giving you burgers with the wrong ingredients in it. I never expect much from McDonald's but this branch is shockingly bad.

They were almost closing yet agreed to make my order. I?ve met the whole team- Kiera, Suzanne, Anken, Pranjal, Bozlur and Nelson. All were very positive and we had a nice chat!
