Very handy to have a car parts shop in my area.Until you walk in and are faced with the most miserable, abrupt and unhelpful person I have ever known on a front desk.Absolutely no interaction whatsoever, apart from telling me the price. Before practically throwing the part on the counter.It costs nothing to be polite and have some customer service skills.Oh! And the bulbs were the wrong ones. Which I suspect have made the main lights and dashboard malfunction.I've ordered the correct ones from Amazon.I thought it was too good to be true.

From the time I walked in the man on the desk was short abrupt and dismissive for absolutely no reason. I started with a good morning which was not returned, I even tried to make a little joke as I know sometimes people have had a bad day (it was 10am) or even just experienced a difficult customer and it can spill over (as I work and train people in customer service) but to no avail. He then made me wait the best part of 15 mins for one item while he did nothing and his colleagues spoke about the upcoming holiday. I have since driven from Holloway to Edmonton just to not have to deal with that level of service ever again I wish I could give no stars it's amazing people shop there they must have no other option.

Very miserable experience. I had reserved part on Friday for collection, (over the phone) on Monday. I was given a reference number which proved useless as it never appeared on the system.I then asked if it was in stock, and the guy at the counter said no. I gave him the relevant information and he blamed Wembley phone centre.He had no customer service ability and yet another person doing the least to get paid knowing he will keep his job.

Shocking company, very disappointed. I bought a brake pads for my car by putting my registration online which they gave me suggestions but came to fit it but didn?t fit.

Nice quick and efficient service. Made a reservation online, went into the store and instantly was able to get the item I reserved. Couldn't ask for more. And being able to park outside the store after 2pm is great too.

Terrible Service! They clearly hate their job. Miserable people would not recommend at all. Most times they don?t even have the part you need.

What great service. Efficient, friendly and helpful pharmacy staff who are prepared to go above and beyond to ensure their patients receive their medication on time. Recently sorted a problem with my sons essential medication which meant he could receive it 2 hours , even though we are out of London

No one ever answers the phone. Had to drive down there after calling 7 times in 2 hours so see the main guy standing behind the counter picking his nose. Wasted trip as they did not even have the part.
