If I could give this shop minus stars it would be -5 but unfortunately 1 star is the lowest I can give here. But the lady in the counter Prashant or whatever her name is, she?s so rude, terrible attitude, terrible service. The way she speaks to you is rude and aggravating. Both times I?ve been to the shop she?s been there and the way she spoke to me was rude. The customer before me as well she was so rude with, poor lady just wanted a receipt. DON?T SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE

Worst service ever. If you have an Evri parcel that you want delivered to a parcel shop, don?t choose this one. They couldn?t find my parcel, so I had to wait 20 minutes before they finally located it. No organisation at all.

This place is so bad for its collection of parcels! It looks like they have loads of parcels deliveed to them but make absolutely no effort to organise the parcels. I have collected a parcel from there three times and each time I've had to wait around 30 minutes while they look for my parcel. The third time they almost turned me away saying they didn't have it. I had to ask them to continue to look while they found it. Shocking. Also, I worry about the security of parcels since customers seem to regularly be able to look for their own parcels among the piles. Don't know how every other shop that collects parcels seems to manage this but these guys just can't. So annoying that I'm going to have to treck elsewhere everytime I need to collect a parcel in futue.

Always readily available to help me, even though the store is a functioning parcel collection point. The store is very clean and well stocked. Its a shame about the bad reviews, but more customers need to have patience and show a bit of gratitude.

As i was picking up my parcel, the man who fetched my parcel said that i have another parcel under MY NAME. I told them that i only received one barcode and I told them i will come back tomorrow maybe yodel will send the barcode of that parcel but this lady at the counter who was always been rude, told his colleague that ?dont give her the parcel she might be LYING? like what?! how could i lie when there?s my name printed on that parcel i just havent received the barcode yet and i heard her very clearly! i thought i was the only one experiencing their bad service. the owner should teach that lady employee about good customer service!!!!

About the worst customer service experience I?ve ever received in London. Rude and totally useless staff. Certainly don?t get your packages sent here, they cannot be bothered to fetch them and turn you away - so zero convenience.

Extremely rude staff and awful customer service. Do NOT get parcels sent here as staff members cannot be bothered to get them for you, are incredibly rude and will throw your parcels on the ground, as they did while looking through the terribly organised cupboard for mine. The older man behind the counter told me I need to come earlier as the system ?closes? at half 9 (the shop shuts at 10 and I arrived at 9:40 as there is no mention of this online) and was very clearly making rude comments about me to another customer in another language the whole time as the other customer was staring at me (2 men making a woman by herself feel very uncomfortable). Awful from start to finish. There are plenty of other corner shops and parcel delivery points in Tooting with helpful and efficient staff- use these instead.

As other costumers said, the lady at the counter is always super rude if you have to collect parcels.
Her name is Prashani.
The owner/ manager of this shop should look into having a serious chat with her, as she's driving your costumers away.
