other customers are very rude and ruin the atmosphere, but not much to expect from londoners. we ordered from here online, waiting about 40 minutes until our order was cancelled on us from not having enough drivers on shift. staff, however, are lovely! easy to talk to, chatty when they're available. food is about average for a mcdonalds, nothing quite special, haha. strawberry milkshake was weird. it wasn't mixed in with the milk, so the syrup was just piled on top.

Staff at till really rude, I was charged twice, as I told her the number 41 didn't give me the receipt and she make me pay a second order, until I got home and I check my bank app. Got 15 pounds loss today for a rude staff that didn't want to do her job.
