It was a nice shopping experience, as I love rummaging through the top quality brands and finding good stuff to buy of things that are sold there for very cheap.

Disgusting experience! Went in yesterday and the food section was revolting. It stank, and when I looked closer there were mouse droppings all over the shelves, on biscuits, cakes, crisps, sweets. Everywhere. People were shopping around like nothing was wrong, which made it even worse.
Can?t believe TK Maxx is letting this slide. Honestly, I?ve seen cleaner standards in street markets abroad. This is very concerning, definitely not shopping here again!

Here at Tottenham Court Road TKmax, you will find a variety of clothes that you may not get in other branches. Sometimes lift is out of service and it's hard to get to second floor. Generally fine

DISCRIMINATORY ABUSE TO DISABLED CUSTOMERS!!
Today I visited the store with my carer to buy a few food items. When I asked for extra help and assistance at the tills I was initially refused and was told by the manager ?Kash? that it was a direct command from head office not to provide help to disabled customers as other customers complain about it.
To make matters worse I was then asked to provide proof of my disability in front of a large crowd of customers, even though it?s a violation under the equality act but I showed him some proof as a courtesy, he then told me it wasn?t good enough and that if I was actually disabled I would have a disability card from the NHS like he and all other disabled people have, to further invalidate my disability he then took his wallet out to show me the card but never actually took it out or showed me.
I was discriminated, humiliated, bullied and harassed by the manager just for being disabled and asking for help. It is absolutely sickening that in this day and age disabled people are still met with such ableist views and discriminatory behaviour especially from a manger in a well established store like TK MAXX.
I will no longer support TK MAXX due to its discriminatory views and negligence towards disabled customers.

Tkmaxx Wood Green. Awful service. I used Apple Pay a lot and have never been treated like this in any other shop, they made me feel I was trying to scam them when trying to exchange an item I bought for something slightly cheaper. Comments the staff made were completely out of line, and the manager didn?t care much about any of this either.
