Honestly the best customer service I have had anywhere in a long time. I had a really complicated problem and both the assistant manager, Senel, and a colleague were incredibly helpful and got me all sorted out. Can't reccommed these guys enough!

I bought a phone there on april and had no problem with the phone, but the reason I am giving 1 star is that I only wanted the phone and nothing else but the seller REALLY insisted I should buy an internet plan as well despiste I said no many times because I already had a giffgaff chip, but ok I decided to buy so he would stop insisting, since he promised It would be a wise decision,he said the first 3 months were internet free (that did not happen) so I called three to cancel the plan and they said I needed to pay all the plan amount in order to cancel It.In other words they want to sell you things you dont need and promise you 1000 things but when you buy It, things dont happen the way they promised.

Worst Three store you could find in London. I have been unwelcome from a ?customer service assistant? called Taha. Never seen such a racist and unprofessional behavior from a member of staff before. Highly impolite, always on his phone and with a very low sense of hygiene. Terrible store, avoid if possible.
