I just left the store, the assistant manager was very rude and did not try at any time to solve my problem. I do not remember her name but she was the manager today, Monday, July 7 in the morning. She never did anything professional and was very rude to everyone.

The entire team was so nice and professional. They had a really good communication between them. They helped us during 3 exhausting days with everything we?ve asked for. Plus they have translators for Spanish and Portuguese.

Came to the store 2 days ago in hopes that they could see to my issue with my broadband. I came with my ID as that is what was required, so gave the woman my passport to scan on her ipad and she said the laptop was out of charge. Said the process takes 24hrs and that i can leave as she will complete it once the laptop was fully charged. So with that i thought i would be okay. 2 days have passed and i have called the store numerous times as the issue is still not fixed. And no one answers the phone at all. I have called numerous times throughout the day and still nothing. Incredibly disappointed in this service!
DAY 3: STILL NO ANSWER! When calling the stores number. How can i get in touch with you if no one answers the phone. This is ridiculous!! Seriously considering leaving Three as a customer.

The phones are not answered. I wanted to get information to buy a new phone. Unfortunately, the phones are not answered, this is very bad.

They are terrible rude and so unhelpful even the manager so terrible customer service trust me I got iphone today I'm switching to EE they are harmful someones to bussiness unprofessional kind of people .they think they are only one for contracts.12 years down the line with this company I'm leaving it.
