Terrible experience. I had purchased a perfume from another branch and later found it significantly cheaper elsewhere, so I returned to this store hoping to process a return.
When I presented my receipt, I was told I couldn?t return the item there because my purchase apparently included a membership ? something I was absolutely not informed about at the time. The staff member told me I?d have to go back to the original branch to return the item, which seemed completely unreasonable.
I called the original store on the spot, and the staff member there confirmed that I should be able to return the item at any branch ? although the membership fee itself couldn?t be refunded. To make things easier, I handed my phone to the staff at this store so they could speak directly. They initially refused to talk to their colleague. One of them eventually took the phone and disappeared behind a door with my phone, without asking.
While this was happening, the other staff member made a comment that included what I believe to be homophobic language (?y fi dat?). Whether it was directed at me or someone else, it was completely inappropriate.
The staff member later returned and tried to justify both the lack of disclosure about the membership and the overall handling of the situation. By this point, I just wanted to return the perfume and resolve the membership issue myself at the other store ? something that could have been avoided entirely if clear communication and basic professionalism had been present from the start.
Unacceptable on many levels.

Avoid this store completely, they are not helpful, they always have the feeling that you want to steal, we just asked to try and they were very rude, discriminatory and racist behavior

Today, I tried a scent I really like and am sure about ? Tom Ford Ombre Leather ? for my husband. I sprayed it on his wrist to confirm the scent and even showed the photo to the staff, saying ?This is the one I want.? They told me the price was £152. The bottle was definitely the same, but the scent inside was not right at all. Please do not buy perfumes without testing them first ? it?s suspicious.

Found the staff here willing to assist me with my click and collect delivery, really appreciate the help and friendliness. Will definitely be back again, also the presentation of the store is good too.

Not impressed with the service I received yesterday morning. I spent over £100 here the lady who served me was rude and I felt rushed. She then said they do not give paper receipts so I had to have an emailed one - to which I never even received! Will not be returning.

Very bad service, if you close 18:30 you don?t need to rush customers when you have 20min to serve!

I was declined membership discount by the Fragrance shop wood green yesterday. I checked the price online for Wood Green branch and saw it for 9.90 then I should have 20% discount on it.The staff wanted to rob me stating it is £22.She said she cannot apply the membership discount. This is not the only time I am declined membership discount. I was charged a fee for membership. This is stealing from customers. Please stay away from this fragrance shop.Rather I got discount at the Perfumes shop and the SunnaMusk Dubai shop perfumes. Very nice scents.Do not buy fake perfume from fragrance shop. Staff have no polite manners. Lacking customers service. Buy from SunnaMusk and you will never regret. It's scent last longer.The Fragrance shop sells fake perfumes. Be careful.

My best fragrance Shop in London. Amazing service from the lady and the gentleman at the shop. Got me an early valentine's gift Invictus Platinum by paco rabanne for my birthday.
