I got some passport pictures done for my children and don?t think the lady took them very well. I?m not happy with them and will now have to get them done again. It was also very expensive, I don?t think I?d go back there again.

Walked in this morning, looking to use one of the services and received a flat and unwelcoming service from HERRIETTE where we were asking for some info on the extra services (out of store) and provided assistance that can come from in-store but were assisted with ?no that would be a lot of work for me? which was her simply using the paper cutter and cutting paper down to size. Talking about 15 pieces of paper.

Visited this store last weekend for visa application photos. I was a bit shocked afterwards how much it cost for 2 kids photos (4 small ID photos in 3.5cm X 4.5cm in one piece). It was total £36. I called up Snappy Snap customer service next Monday to verify the prices, and they told me their price for this particular service is £14 per person, still very expensive! The difference is that a lot of Snappy stores in London are franchising hence prices vary! They certainly managed to take the mick out of inflation.

I went and dropped off my film to get scanned and emailed to me, I specifically asked for my negatives back as I use them for uni and they then sent me someone else?s photos so I had to ring up and the guy on the phone was no help and sounded so unbothered, then told me he couldn?t find my negatives.I left it two weeks and went in and asked to see if they could - an amazing women named flo managed to find them after I told her what happened. Overall not a good experience

I went into Snappy Snaps Wood Green this morning and was greeted warmly. I was assisted by Nadia who really listened to what I wanted showing me sizes of photos and frames and deals that were available. I was extremely impressed and happy with the service I received and the quality of the photos. I?m still awaiting the canvas print which is being processed. Overall I was thrilled to have someone else print, scan and insert photos into my chosen frames. Thank you Nadia and Snappy Snaps.J Cunningham

Amazing service at Snappy Snaps! Dean was so welcoming and he did his best to make me comfortable when taking the photo since I had a terrible experience at a small independent Photo store. Won?t go anywhere else again for photo needs.
