Was helped today by two lovely polite girls, i am a loyal and regular customer who buys clothes here at least once a week but today i was made to feel horrible, i really don?t appreciate your Asian security guard running up the stairs, staring at me and my jumper and pretending he is looking at clothes and spying on me, you have lost a customer today because of your security guards actions! I have never stolen anything in my life, I pay things with my hard earned money, please teach your security guard manners, i walked past him when I left the shop with the clothes i purchased but it was absolutely disgraceful of him following me and making it out as if i stole, absolute terrible experience going in your shop today, please teach him to learn how to do his job or get rid of him, i love river island but now will be purchasing from other stores, others have also said the same about this particular gentleman you have hired there! Unacceptable behaviour!

The store in Wood Green has the best manager Bianca.
Congratulations on choosing this girl to be your manager.
I've been shopping there for so long I thought she was an employee. Yesterday I asked and found out she was the manager. She always helps me when I go.
I don't speak the language very well. She slowly explains what I want to know.
I've lived in Wood Green for 7 years. I always shop at River Island. Bianca is the best manager that has ever been to this store! Thanks Bianca for your help you are the best!

I recently visited River Island Store at Wood, we had some issue with our receipt Ms. Liba helped us her dedication to providing exceptional customer service truly stood out. Ms. Liba was friendly and efficient. Even after her other colleague were non cooperative and opposing her for helping us Her professionalism and willingness to go above and beyond exceeded our expectations. I highly commend Ms. Liba for her outstanding service and contribution to enhancing customer satisfaction.

This store is a joke! The collection point used to be on the ground floor, I waited 30 minutes in a queue holding all my items and to collect my delivered items only to be told "collection is upstairs ". Why the hell do you not have a sign stating this!!!? Especially when you have changed where collection is now. I wasn't the only customer that was going mad about this and I'm sure plenty of others have complained also. So do something about it for God's sake! There's only 1 member of staff there that is absolutely lovely and that's the Greek lady, love her! The rest need to go back and learn proper customer service skills!
