Good shop but its usually VERY chaotic and the prices are mad considering the quality isnt even that good. The clothes are mostly just microtrends from online but the home section is quite good as there?s a wide variety of different decorations. They have a lot of band shirts and any sort of graphic tshirts as well but if you?re looking for one you should check both the mens section upstairs and the womens downstairs because I think the men have better ones upstairs ? overall its a solid shop, good for accessories, home decor, (some) clothes, makeup, and gum (the gum is the best part ?)

You can buy almost anything g you can think of from this place. However, depending on the branch size, that determines what they stock. A quick check online will help the person decide which branch to go to.

10/10 customer service from a lovely retail assistant called Marvel. I popped in a last week and I was looking for certain short black dress, Marvel managed to help me with what I was looking for and also gave me variety of options if I wanted to have a look at the other dresses at Primark, Wood Green. She is a great worker. If she sees this then Thank you Marvel for your help last week!

This place really does need serious improvement. I remember when Primark used to be a place where you could go and be able to get decent clothing at a decent price today I looked at a black shirt that was beach themed and it cost me £18 !!!! I couldn?t see how much the shirt was gonna be because they rip off the pricetag for some reason and I don?t know why they do that. It?s very frustrating.
Also the customer service at the tills definitely needs improvement. I am a disabled person and I was waiting in the queue and instead of calling me forward she called someone from the other queue which was longer so I had to wait in a longer queue even though I?m disabled The place is absolutely ridiculous And I will not be going back. Get the machines to do the jobs that these incapable people can?t do or get more people on the tills because I see plenty of Primark workers standing around talking not doing anything while there?s only two people on the tills and a queue out the door into the mall.

I GO THERE AND AFTER I GET A LIP GLOSS AND AFTER I GO TO THE TILL AND AFTER IM LIKE UMM SORRY YOU DIDN'T SCAN MY LIPGLOSS. SHE WAS LIKE UMM THERE IS NOTHING IN THE BASKET IM LIKE SHOCKED. SHE'S ALSO LIKE I ALREADY SCANNED EVERYTHING AND AFTER SHE SHOWS ME THERE WAS A HOLE ? PRIMARK SHOULD DO BETTER BASKETS ??????????????

Really bad experience I borough some clothes and some undergarments from yesterday and i came same time to the store with my kid and my wife for some changes clothes And i am standing till number 1 Ground flour and that guy he said to me we cant change Undergarments And he calling from Seniour And His name is Ayon thats black Guy very big and he talk with me verry rudly and he told me leave the store othervise i am calling the police what was that how is the builshit costumer services.. they didnt know about how to talk with costumers How to deal with costumer even they are came with family and they are involving the security from me or my family what the rubish thing is it i cant bleavable for the costumer services even i am the regular Costumer from primark .This customer service is the worst I have ever seen especially as I?m a with my family and His This behaviour is disgusting and will be taken up to high ups as it is unacceptable and unprofessional at all.Primak please hire people that have manners and respect to others not idiots that don?t know how to do their job.
