Usually amazing helpful staff but since acquiring a recent staff member Z Chowdury, the patient/customer experience has declined. Collection of prescriptions from here for nearly 15 years and never have I experienced such a display of boorish, insubordinate, disparaging behaviour. As a customer/patient face serving staff member the expectation would be that of polite, friendly and professional mannerisms.
Greatly disappointed by this experience in an otherwise normally pleasant pharmacy.
Highly disappointed.

A very poor service from a first line NHS provider. Routinely ignorant and aggressive staff. The patients of Wood Green deserve better than surly behaviour and non existent communication skills. Not deserving of the one star.

This branch of Pharmacy Express has been my preferred pharmacy for many years. The staff are efficient, helpful and proactive. I do think many pharmacies go above and beyond, and the staff team here are always approachable and impressive with their knowledge, customer service and patience.

A change of owner has been very disappointing. The previous pharmacists were wonderful, friendly and kind and were supportive informative and very helpful. The new pharmacist is rude and has an air of arrogance and disdain. I have a long term repeat prescription but it wasn?t available when I went in after being notified by txt of my prescription being ready. I was told that the GP hadn?t ?sent it over? and while something else was ready to pick up that particular medication wasn?t. All this was done without a smile or compassion or consideration of any kind of the impact. This pharmacist was rude in the extreme treating me like a child, telling me off. To tell me that ?leaving it til I had no more tablets? was my fault completely belied the fact that on a repeat with a txt saying my meds were ready meant that as I had come to expect under the other pharmacist my meds were ready!I am absolutely disgusted by her chastising me as if I were a 10 yr old. I will be changing my doctor as this pharmacist seemed to ?revel? in her assumed power over me and my needs. She eventually agreed to give me a few of my tablets ( been taking them for 4/5 years on repeat) while simultaneously deriding me. Very poor service.

I love the pharmacist here! She?s so unbelievably kind and knowledgeable. I?ve got a young baby and it?s so great being able to pop in and ask her questions - as a mum herself she really gets it, and she?s helped us through a fair few common baby ailments. Very grateful!
