Two different machines wouldn't accept cash deposit. One machine wouldn't give receipt. Very long queue not moving.Manager very unhelpful when complained about machines.The staff elsewhere are very good.

TO THE MANAGER/SUPERVISORPlease take the time to train your team!I asked different agents the same question and they all got different answers and those answers happened to be wrong. It is exhausting.

I went to that branch today to change my surname. I had to wait for 20mins while a member of staff was explaining some silly things ( like how to get a letter from GP etc....) to two women in front of me. Then I asked to change my surname after marriage and the guy from nationwide told me I can do it online (?!). I told him it has to be done in the branch. He was trying to show me on my app (surprisingly he couldn't find it). He had no clue how to help me so he said that the system is down. He didn't even want to talk to me, he was not interested at all.Very unprofessional and not trained. I specially took day off to visit all banks today.BTW if they knew system was not working, why they didn't tell their customers??? *If that was true!* I'll not visit this branch any more.Hopefully other branch will sort it out.

They only get 4 STARS, for their amazing people working in the branch!Really helpful and friendly personal. They assist you at anytime with most welcoming smile.Been helped to get a my account unblocked!

Went into my local branch of Nationwide in Wood Green yesterday. I wanted a photocopy of my passport validated all they had to do was put a branch stamp on it and for someone to write this is a true copy of the original. I went to the customer service desk and they were 2 employees standing there I was the only person in the branch. I told them what I needed and one of the guys said they can't do that as they are too busy. As I said there was no one else in the branch and they were just standing there talking it would have taken no more than 5 minutes. I've been a customer of Nationwide Building Society for nearly 40 years and this was absolutely dreadful service

Poor customer service , no access to ATM after closing time , while Barclay's across the road, still works. The constant inconvenience is infuriating. Imagine going to withdraw your own cash after 5 pm for emergency etc and being denied access!

Ever since Tottenham branch closed, visiting this branch in Woodgreen is an absolute night mare! Overcrowded, staff can't concentrate what they are doing. Wasting of my time.

Following my visit today being forced to travel to wood green branch as all others around have shut down, to be spoken to so rudely and abrupt by a staff member, Mr Hammond. I shall also be contacting head office, this service has made me rethink using Nationwide in future. 40 as a customer not happy.

I came here today as an Interpeter for my friend in order for her to withdraw her money from the Nationwide bank .Yasmin and her colleagues were extremely patient and kind with us .Yasmin went extra mile to make sure that we could withdraw the money we asked for today without booking it while also making sure it?s a secure withdrawal and true definition of us.Special thanks for that .I have 6 bank accounts at the moment (and it doesn?t change the fact that I am still broke) and I am already thinking of joining the nationwide too because of kindness we received today .Thanks guys.

Excellent customer service.Our local branch has been closed, so I have been to the Wood Green branch to withdraw travel money. The lady at the counter was extremely polite, professional and helpful.I have been a Nationwide customer for ten years and I am very happy with their online as well as in branch services. They are always innovating to move banking forward and provide the level of service that people want from their bank, all very straightforward, very competitively priced and no unnecessary gimmicks.

Terrible service! There is 1 specific lady who doesn't have a name tag and refused to give me her name - She has a lot of attitude, from the start of me coming in she finger points me shouting hello 3 times, there was no excuse me or thank you or please in any of the conversation we had. Had a face that looked like she just didn't want to serve me - when giving my receipt she just flung it where it got creased and i had to pick it up from the floor, even then she didn't apologies, i then had to sign but there was no pen so she kissed her teeth and got me one. I didn't catch her name but she looks like she might be turkish or greek origin and in her mid 30's. I really hope shes not the manager because her attitude is disgusting and i really hope she reads this so she changes her attitude and has someone look over her.
