The person my 11 year old was served by was lovely, he explained to her the pricing and the loyalty card scheme. The pretzels she bought were hot and fresh and she was so impressed she asked me to write this review on her behalf.

one of the staff members was professional, added a star for her. Unfortunately supervisor was not. I asked for fresh pretzel bites as I wouldn?t have eaten the reheated ones any.day. The fresh ones were still undercooked and gooey. Someone came to complain about the overcooked oily ones they just purchased, I decided to let them know they were undercooked. Supervisor, male, european 20ish was very disrespectful, his colleague who served me offered to replace with new pretzel. But supervisor abruptly said he would refund, that people just come back for more blah.blah. In my case i have a toddler i was treating and did not want us to both have a stomach ache, but to enjoy the dessert. Save your £ go to a busier one

This is the best shop for Pretzels ?? They always go above and beyond. I truly highly recommend

I have been given burnt pretzels on every occasion I have visited this stall. Never happens at any other Mr Pretzel. What a shame.

I CAME YESTERDAY TO BUY THE CINAMON AND SUGUAR ONE WHICH I ABSOLUTELY LOVE .. THE LADY WHO WAS SERVING TOLD ME AGAIN AND AGAIN ITS £5.45 I ALREADY HAD THE MONEY ON THE COUNTER LOL .. SHE GAVE ME A COLD REHEATED ONE .. THANKS NEVER COMING BACK !!!

Came to buy pretzels not busy only me and one other lady ordered at the same time . After three mins a cue came Boy on the counter gave two people their orders before me when I asked him . He said they was there before you No they was not , and then asked me what?s the problem !!! Rude little boy?. Nothing like Westfield staff .

Really nice pretzel. Wasn't too sure if it was vegan but tasted good. Prices have gone up and are a bit steep for 1 pretzel but I always like it and go when I'm in the area or any other area that has a Mr Pretzel

I went to mr pretzels exprecting a delicious simple salted pretzel, i received a greasy deep fried niece of bread. now this wasn?t bad but it wasn?t what i ordered, i do not recommend

Pretzels at Bental , Kingston not fresh on week days only nice on Saturday. Never get refund or replaced items.

I came here at 4:30pm to buy some pretzels but the lady was telling me they are closed when they close at 5pm on Sunday, I came on Sunday 11th September 2022 at 4:30pm, absolute ridiculous, avoid this store, and do not buy anything. I have pictures below of the people who were working at the time.
