I almost had someone walk on me while I was in the toilet the reason why was because of the lock like McDonald is known for their food but not for the toilets please change your locks in the toilets

I know it's fast food, fast food and I was dubious about leaving a 5 star rating for the food. By Mc Donald's standards the fries were crunchy, burger was fresh as can be and the milk shake was not a melted cup of ice cream.

Two times in a short time frame the most expensive item from my delivery is missing. Support told me sth about vouchers, that I never received, and I'm still waiting for a refund. Don't you ever order from the specific store, cause chances are you will stay hungry. I don't know if this is happening by mistake or in purpose, and someone is interfering with the orders. But there seems to be a pattern here. Avoid this store no matter what.

My food arrived completely soaked in cola ? everything was wet and inedible. I reached out to customer service expecting help, but instead they did everything possible to make the refund process difficult and frustrating. Absolutely unacceptable. I won?t be ordering again

I have been there several times. Majority of the times they forget to put ingredients in like the pickles. Tonight was the worst one ever. I ordered a double cheeseburger with added bacon as takeaway. They put the cheese first and all the other things on top.
Like, who builds a burger like that? The cheese was stuck on the box and the rest of the ingredients were slipping everywhere.
I don't usually post bad reviews but this time I got fed up.

I ordered meal burger, in which 1 side of bun, cheese & lettuce is missing. Basically, it is incompleted burger. I say ok, that can be happen by mistake. So, I told them to make it complete burger.
Shockingly, they again gave me incompleted burger. Thats really disappointed me.

Terrible place there was this Asian manager I think she was from Philippines she was giving me attitude the whole time I don?t understand why she?s working there she has a terrible customer service she doesn?t care she was talking behind my back to other employees I hope she gets fired it was awful I mean what can I expect it?s McDonald?s but at the same time she doesn?t have good customer service

Staff customer service is appalling. Rude middle aged staff member huffs and puffs as she scowls at customer requests. Find your joy if you can lady. This ain't the one for you ??
