I ordered the 5 pound meal deal and as i ordered my food i noticed a fly at the bottom ?Disgusting i called the restaurant and they answered and rudely ignored me and put down the phone.

Absolutely the worst experience I've had at a McDonald's. First off, there's zero organization ? they give priority to delivery drivers over the actual customers standing and waiting in-store, which is incredibly frustrating when you?ve been waiting for a long time. I stood there watching order after order being handed to delivery drivers while mine was completely ignored.
To make matters worse, there are no printed receipts, so there?s no way to verify or check your order. It just adds to the confusion and poor service.
On top of that, the hygiene was absolutely unacceptable. I didn?t see a single employee wearing proper gloves or even hairnets. Hair was visibly falling near the food area ? it?s honestly shocking that a place handling food would allow this.
After waiting way too long, I ended up leaving without my food and completely dissatisfied. This experience was not only disappointing but concerning from a health and safety perspective. McDonald's should be ashamed to run a store like this. I won?t be returning.

Food was cold and took ages despite not being very busy. Wasn't a pleasant experience sitting in. So just ate and left asap.

The worse McDonalds in London.
Ordered my 2 meals on the machine.
Did NOT get any paper recipe at all, only order number on screen.
After 10 mins my order was still not ready.
The staff seem to give priorty for all the delivery drivers, whilst my order was atill not ready.
Awful staff and management, who refused to serve me, then did not want to give me a refund when i asked for it. Paid by card. Finally they gave me my food . Never go here again.

We have asked for a Minecraft toy and it was in the menu they made us wait for 30mins and said they didn?t have any even thought we saw it on somebody else?s table

In the morning it is a doss house. People come in, sit on the 4 seater seats, and when they are full the other ones. They don't purchase anything, just sit there and take up the space for paying punters. One guy is sitting drinking his beer.
It's not a nice environment for morning coffee and I can't sit where I would like as someone is sleeping there or just taking a break from life.

Nearly 30 minutes waiting for fast food then still have the cheek to give me fries half empty and a horrible burger. Not a great 1st experience. Oh and sort out the squeaky entrance doors it's horrible

Im not local to london but was passing through at 7am on saturday morning. not many places open. went for the easy option. Mcdonalds. staff were ok, food was ok. but. no where to sit. homeless people with burgers from bight before infront of them. all sleeping and on the floors. for one i didnt have anywhere to sit and eat. the place felt dirty and i just didnt feel safe at all. There was one person half asleep as when i looked round i felt like i was being watched. I can imagine its not easy for staff to address this but its also not a good look. I wasnt the only person thinking, where to sit.

Eris the assistant manager was very rude , i was waiting to pay for 10 mins and he told me i cant pay . He was making himself look busy when he wasnt . not nuce of him .

I think they need to be a little bit fast at serving because,l waited to get my order for 20 minutes that is long they have to be quick but other things was perfect love it ??
