If I could put an 0 star I WOULD!!! the security measures at the store needs to be CHECKED!!!! I noticed that you can close the store at any time you want, which is great, but I was denied entry 10 minutes before closing. It?s frustrating when I?m waiting outside and a white man can come in without any issues. CHECK YOUR EMPLOYEES.

My child was hit by the manager on Monday last week!!! He never lets us talk all he kept saying was there is a camera in here.!!

I know LIDL is cheap and good quality but with that manager in charge NO WAY you should be shopping there specially with your child.
I called to complain about it the phone keeps ringing and No one is picking up. !!!!!! We used to spend our weekly shopping budget in this LIDL but now we will be going elsewhere. ( BECARE FULL NOT TO TAKE YOUR CHILDREN THERE BECAUSE THE MANEGAR MAY HIT THEM )

Poor Product Quality & Customer Service
I have been shopping regularly at Lidl Harringay, but today my experience has left me very disappointed and frustrated.
I buy the Pizza Deluxe quite often and usually love it. This time, I purchased the pizza along with cheese and pepperoni from the same store. While the cheese and pepperoni were fine, the pizza base was spoiled ? after baking, it had a strong sour smell and taste, making the entire pizza inedible. This is unacceptable, as it is the store?s responsibility to ensure the food they sell is safe and of good quality.
When I went back to the store to report this issue and ask for a refund or replacement, I expected to speak with a manager or staff member directly. Instead, the manager refused to come out and address my concerns. They communicated only through the security guard via headset, telling me to make a complaint online without any direct interaction or explanation. This was highly unprofessional and disrespectful.
On a positive note, the security guard was very polite and tried to assist me as much as possible under the circumstances.
The way I was treated was unpleasant and not what I expect from a store I regularly shop at.
