Worst KFC

Just made an order in store, and they once again gave me my order short. Order no. 6167 on 29/07/2025 @ 3.29pm.
We specifically asked the staff if the order was all there, they reassured us it is. Came home to find out they missed out 8wings.
This always happens at this store. Either they can't count or they're absolutley incompetent.
Tried calling the store. No one picks up. How will I be compensented? How will you fix this frequent mishap within your store?
We pay our hard earned money, and you've put your prices up which we still adhere to, yet you cut your cutomers short....why??

I had a great experience here?the service was excellent, and the staff was friendly and attentive. The food was perfectly crispy and full of flavor. Everything was fresh and well-prepared. I?ll definitely be recommending this place to others!

The worst KFC experience today! It was empty when arrived, but the service was so slow, and it took ages to get my order. On top of that I have been told off by other customer because my baby was crying.
Finally take away bag with bucket is here, kids got excited, came home to find out that it sooo salty. Come on guys, pure salt both chicken and chips ?
£27 down the drain? very very disappointed! I wish I could come back and give it to the staff to try.

Ordered takeaway there were around 4 people ahead of me but service was very slow. When I later opened my order, they had forgotten an item and there was hair in the food I did get :/
