Lazy staff. I went to the shop at 6.52pm and they locked the door already and didn?t let me buy anything. It shows the lack of care they have , closing 7 minutes before the actual closing time? never seen anything like it . This happen today 15.02.24, maybe you should find out who the manager on duty is and have a word with him/her. Definitely the kind of manager you don?t want to run your business.

Sanzida was really busy staying on her phone instead of handing me my receipt that I had to interrupt her and asker her , that?s not the way you serve a consumer ( happened on the 27-09-2023 at 15:15 pm )

Click and collect. Was given short-dated vitamins (sold at normal price, without warning). Tried to return it. Was refused. Was advised by staff to keep using said vitamins after its use by date. Or alternatively, increase the dosage so I get to finish it before its use by date. Probably illegal to give such medical advise.\\n\\nTheres another bigger, perhaps better H\\u0026B pharmacy nearby. (Not that I will ever go into another H\\u0026B again)

This review is for Holland & Barrett, 66-68 High Road, Wood Green. Collected a click & collect order this week (w/c Monday 1st May 2023). I really liked the fact the store had their designated click & collect storage behind the till/payment area and the orders were organised alphabetically, therefore I was in and out of the store quickly, would definitely recommend for click & collect orders : )

I?ve being purchasing from this shop for years and it?s the first time I have a bad experience. Awful customer service offered by the manager. A woman who must be new as I did not see her before. Even her colleagues apologised for her behaviour. I asked if she could help me with a chair as my 2 month old baby was crying as she had to eat. Her answer was ?No, you can go to a cafe or a restaurant? without an explanation, she didn?t even ask me if everything was ok, she was simply ignoring me. So sad when a woman behaves like that (especially with another woman). Also a manger should have a completely different attitude, hopefully she?ll be replaced soon.

This store is a big store where you can find products from tea to beauty products like face wash . I always going there to buy face wash for my problematic skin. Good variety of products. I just love the promotion " buy one and get another one for penny " . Knowledge and friendly staff. The store looks tidy .

They have certain promotions displayed, however, when you go to the cashier, they charge you the normal price.Today I dealt with Stela, who kept insisting on instead of having the promotion that was advertised to pay the normal price and get the 2nd item with a 50%, I told her I wasn't interested, she kept insisting. I told her that her offer was irrelevant and I wasn't interested, so she had the audacity to tell me that I need to learn manners.Management needs to stop their sellers to keep shoving their products down our throat, and to not snap at us when we finally tell them we are really not interested in their offers. It's honestly frustrating.
