Staff are extremely slow and will keep you waiting for a long time without any care it seems. No acknowledgement when waiting in a queue, and everytime I have been there, there?s only even one person on the till.

Fitting rooms were closed 40 minutes before closing time due to staff shortages. A few of us were waiting to try clothes on, very unfortunate.

Not a great experience. Nobody was working in the changing rooms so stood there waiting for anyone to show up, one of the staff that was stocking items told us to just get in, so we did. When I walked out of the changing room, the assistant was there and with a rude tone asked where is the number for the clothes and I told him that he wasn't there. After I got my item and paid for it at the self checkout leaving the store the security alarm rang so o asked assistant if they could deactivate it she said no, it's like this. So after that every single store I walked in to the alarm was going off!!!! It was so frustrating keeping to explain to security that t? just a 4£ h&m t-shirt that keeps going off because staff could've bothered to deactivate it. Horrible experience, staff doesn't look like they wanna be there.

To Olivia, sybau. Wild how ?freedom of expression? only counts when it fits your aesthetic. LGBTQ+ badge? Applauded. Pro-Palestine badge? Suddenly it?s a problem. So it?s not really about free speech, is it? It?s about what makes you comfortable. Call it what it is ? selective outrage dressed as principle.
Anyway exceptional service and staff are friendly.

Discrimination
Today I have spent over £100 in H&M, I used the self checkout and after paying the cashier stated did I scan my membership and to present proof of purchase. I am totally confused why I need to prove I purchased the items.
If you have a self checkout and are concerned with people stealing then why leave it unattended?
She claimed she should be manning the area, why wasn?t she? Instead of accusing me of being a theft.
On top another worker came over previously and seen us using the self checkout, he informed us to place all items on top of the scanner, if the policy is to watch people why didn?t he wait until we had concluded.
Instead what they chose to do is display blatant racism and challenge the integrity of law abiding citizens because of the prejudice against black people.

I have always enjoyed visiting diverse cities like London, and my daughter loves shopping at H&M. However, during a recent visit to one of your stores, I was deeply upset to see a staff member wearing pro-Palestine attire over their work uniform.
While I fully support freedom of speech and peaceful expression, I believe that in a professional work environment?especially in customer-facing roles?employees should refrain from displaying political or religious messages. These displays can be deeply offensive or upsetting to customers from different backgrounds. As someone whose mother was killed in the Holocaust, I found this experience particularly painful and inappropriate.
I came to H&M expecting an inclusive and respectful atmosphere. Instead, I felt alienated and disrespected. I am a long-time customer who spends significantly at your stores, but I will no longer be shopping at H&M or bringing my daughter here. I hope the company reconsiders its policies on political displays in the workplace to ensure all customers feel welcome and respected.

Not much variety for babies. Although friendly staff, not much aware of facilities offered by HAnd M. But the Woodgreen centre is well placed for shopping.
