The first lady who attended to me was helpful and friendly, informing me that they were out of stock of the product prescribed. However, after being informed that there was a supplier issue with the product, I returned to ask what alternative I should ask the GP to prescribe; this time I was attended to by a man, who stared at me as if I was asking for his credit card PIN number and said ?I don?t know - go back to the GP?. The pharmacist was behind him and he didn?t even turn around to ask her. Other patrons in the shop were shocked and told me to get him to get the pharmacist but I was too embarrassed by then so I left to try another pharmacy. Boots were brilliant and couldn?t help me enough with my enquiry. Such disappointing service from Greenwoods.

I had a prescription for a diagnostic blood test that the pharmacist refused to fill.The medication in the prescription was a non-controlled medication and I didn?t have time to take the test until now. I told the pharmacist it was for a blood test.I had saved the prescription for 5 months on my desk so it had marks on it but it was still signed and legible. They rejected it because of the marks and bc it was old. As this is a blood test it should not matter how old it is.
