Friendly staff and well maganaged shop. Called first to find out if they had a pair of shoes which I found online, was told they had one pair left, and they would put aside for me. When I got there, the gentlemen I spoke had left for the day, but had put my shoes aside for me. Sorry for I forgot him name, but it was of Nigerian origin.

I went to Clarks ?cause I needed a new pair of shoes for the day after so last minutes shopping. The shoes I asked for were with few scratches on them but because they were perfectly fitting on my feet I want it to buy them and I have ask for a discount. The Manager Ronald told me that it is absolutely not possible to discount the shoes only because they arrived at the store the day before. This excuse doesn?t have any sense. As a customer it doesn?t matter to me if the shoes arrived the day before or 3 weeks ago, they main point is that they were brand new and already ruined.
The person who help me with the shoes Barthi was very professional and helpful.

Wesley was amazing, love the help he give us despite the fact we had a screaming kid with us he was kind, nice, professional and extremely helpful ? we got sone shoes for our son just cause of the effort he put in helping us? . Once again amazing experience offered from him

Wow!! I was seen to by Winston, and he was so professional and patient with me. Haawa measured my son's feet and I was given a variety of options of shoes my son. I highly recommend. 10/10. Thank you all at Wood green branch you are all brilliant!!

Went into Clarks Wood Green and Adrian was helping me find some shoes for work. He gave me a selection of shoes and colours and suggested some nubuck white boots. He took into consideration my style and the setting of my work place. He showed good knowledge of shoes in the store and took his time when I was deciding on what to get. He measure my feet accurately and took into account I had narrow feet. He also gave me products to help care for my boots and to preserve them. Thank you. I will be returning to buy more shoes for myself, family and friends.
