I went with a friend. Many of the earrings were ripped out of their packaging. The cashier also pressured us to do the buy 3 get 3 free. Most of the products were extremely expensive.
Hi, this is from 09/04/25.The store feels much more welcoming. A lady with a hijab came up to me to help me even before I asked. Along with this, she was handling the till and she did it without rushing around and seemed genuinely interested in helping everyone. I asked for a specific design of earrings and almost immediately, she was able to locate and show me the pair. She is an asset to your company.

I went in for two ear piercings and was lucky enough to be served by Miguel?he was absolutely amazing! From the moment I walked in, he made me feel comfortable and at ease. He was professional, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable, taking the time to explain everything clearly. The process was quick, hygienic, and I couldn?t be happier with the results!

We went for a booked ear piercing for 1:45pm today the lady who is in charge of the piercing walks out of the store right passed us 5 minutes before our arrival ignoring us just like that!
The cashier assistant called for her to return and then confirmed to me she went out for her lunch and wouldn?t be back until an hour!
Please don?t go to this branch avoid at all cost!! Useless, rude and disrespectful and doesn?t know her duties of an assistant.
Unprofessional.
I will be taking my complaint up to head office and report her.

I took my 3-year-old daughter to **Claire?s** for ear piercing, and the experience was terrible. The staff member was extremely unprofessional and unfriendly, making the whole process feel rushed and uncomfortable. For £45, I expected much better service.
To make matters worse, they failed to pierce both ears at the same time because the young lady broke the piercing gun during the process. My daughter was left crying from the first piercing, and the entire situation was mishandled. I would not recommend this place for anyone, especially for something as delicate as a child?s ear piercing.

I would personally like to Thank Miguel for sorting out the issue regarding the delivery issue with my order (customer service ref:01054735), I really appreciate it ?? I would also like to Thank blonde lady (apologies I didn't get the name) whom assisted with the pick up of the above mentioned order this afternoon (Friday 22nd December 2023) clearly Claire's customer service training is to a high standard, I wish the staff at Claire's happy holidays and a great new year ??

Love Claire's as they do a great range of clip on earrings for my unpierced ears.The person serving me was pleasant and cheerful and offered me a 10p bag for my items.The shop was quiet and I was lucky that I was able to visit at an off peak time.Would I shop here again? Absolutely!??
