I've been mostly positive about this shop until recent events. I dropped off my laptop for a voucher and they told me the testing would take one day max. But i didn't receive any emails/calls for five days. I emailed them about it but nothing happened. I had to go to the shop, then i was given my laptop back. If i was informed earlier that my laptop was rejected, i would have the chance to revisit my plan and act accordingly. My plans have been ruined because of the incompetence in their service.

I?ve visited this place twice now, and both times have been extremely disappointing. The staff is very rude and unfriendly ? especially the young woman working there. She was completely unprofessional, didn?t seem to know what she was doing, and behaved in a very inappropriate manner.
After just a short conversation, it was clear she had no knowledge of the process and no interest in helping. I?m not the only one with this experience ? several of my friends have said the same thing about her attitude.
Only after I asked to speak with the manager did someone finally try to resolve the situation. The manager was at least willing to talk and attempted to fix what she couldn't handle.
The overall attitude here is unwelcoming and very unpleasant. This was the second time they were supposed to inspect a product I wanted to leave with them, promised to call me back ? and didn?t. I had to return myself, and the whole thing was delayed again.
When you?re buying something, the staff is polite. But as soon as you want to leave something or ask for help, the atmosphere completely changes. I won't be coming back.

I had a fantastic experience at CeX thanks to John, the manager. He was absolutely amazing?went the extra mile to help me when I was buying a Wii U. John was incredibly helpful, efficient, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. His customer service was top-notch, and I really appreciated his knowledge and professionalism. Highly recommend speaking to him if you're shopping there!

Recently brought a product from here and was told if faulty I can bring back and exchange.
My product ofc was faulty so I came in to exchange it but was met by extremely unhelpful nonchalant supervisor named Carney and a tester named Adah.
I will be taking this matter to an ombudsman as well as furthering this claim. I refuse to allow these big companies to keep steeling from people and going against their policies.
This is the worst Cex ever caused me so much inconvenience but I will not stop until I get my exchange for a product that works!

Everyone I've dealt with in this store is aces. I believe the gentleman's name is John. He's always happy with the customer. Makes for a good experience regardless of the outcome.

We wanted to take back xbox one s can take back things back but have to have cex voucher if you want to take things back you can't take things back in cash this is just useless and unhelpful we sold the Xbox one in cex in Enfield the cex in wood green is unbelievable and unfair

I have bought broken Xbox and was so dirty and sticky I haven't want to touch it but eventually I have cleaned my self by mistake I have erase the serial number with wet wipe . After I connected and try to run it but the HDD was falling. So I suggest you all don't buy anything from Wood Green Stone. Better go somewhere else or better buy new the price is not much different is like %10 so from now on no more CEX. I was 10 year customer.
