I wouldn?t even write this place one star. They can?t even make a food order right. I ordered a double patty in my burger and they sent me a single patty. They put me onto the so-called chef that made the order and they said they made it right so either the incompetence of the chef that can?t read tickets or the incompetence of the people packing who can?t pack the right order. I?ve got a refund through the company And this restaurant manager rang me Again to say that he?s spoken to the chef and apparently the chef made it. The woman was rude to me on the phone and the manager was rude as well when I started getting angry. Do not order from here.
Also I have just received a phone call from a lady saying that the manager said that they sent everything with my order and That?s a lie. I will be contacting Burger King HR to find out who this man is and I want him sacked.
