Came all the way to purchase the moisture surge spf 25 sheer hyrdator. No customer assistant visible at the Clinque area. I was standing waiting about at 1.45pm on a busy Saturday. Couldn't even find any staff other than the 2 at the main tills with the long queue going around the shop. Only came to purchase it as my friend recommended it. Unfortunately I left empty handed.

The store was fairly busy with shoppers, early afternoon. A short wait in the queue for self- service checkouts which seems to be the norm. The shelves were well stocked and the shop floor was fairly tidy.

Very rude and snarky female pharmacist who took my blood pressure. Didn't ask what tablets i take and just said oh your bps perfect when in fact it was not . A nasty person.shouldnt work with the public with her attitude

Boots woodgreenBusy store, was in there with my daughter. Received excellent customer service, from Tab. Didn't have what I was looking for. Simple order processing for collection. And Tab was enthusiastic with his promotion, of new skin care launch. So much so, that I may give the item a try at a later date. When my curent range runs out.

one of the worst drugstores I know, bad customer service, everything is more expensive, in the pharmacy I'm even afraid to ask for help, people are rude and zero patience. not to mention the mess in the store. simply a disgrace!

This is one of the best drugstores in England. The one on wood green is very clear, they have a large selection of assortment. only the waiting time in the checkout line is usually long.

One particular staff member in make up section looks like the wife in the shop from the league of gentlemen, her attitude stinks and she's rude. I'd definitely not use this store or recommend it, based on her alone

Staff are lovely, as are the managers. Can find almost everything in one shop, if not I can always order through their in-store ordering and they are always willing to help. Some karen customers let it down for the rest of us. They think they are the bees knees.

Well stocked and busy. Located in E17 centre. There are ques to get served at the pharmacy counter. A bit frustrating and mot a pleasant shopping experience but they do have the products and fulfill prescriptions without fuss.

Ophelia always takes very good care of me at the tills, always willing to go The extra mile when it comes to showing me better products and offers! She introduced me to Margaret and explained my concern about my skin. Margaret checked my skin and gave me wonderful tips on how to treat it as I have an extreme case of eczema and not everything works for me. She game me a sample to try on first rather than making me buy something that might not work. Lovely experience, they deserve a raise for their customer service ??Thank you Ophelia and Margaret!

Decent sized boots, accessible from both inside and outside the shopping centre.There are hidden tils you should use if you find there are long queues. Have a look for them and ask floor staff to serve you there
