“Customer Services had misinformed me about what to do regarding an issue with my account. I was then told I had to go into the branch. The branch then told me that I had to call Customer Services again, only to then be told by Customer Services to go into my local branch. However, after explaining the situation to a member of staff, she immediately worked to make sure my situation was dealt with quickly. Thank you for the help. I would give 5 stars but I had to push slightly to get myself a good service. As a customer, I expect members of staff to go above and beyond without me almost having to beg.”

“Came here to see a mortgage advisor, in most banks you have to make an appointment just to discuss how much you can borrow, but here they found some one and took me upstairs and gave me quotes which was great. Customer service was good. All staff very polite and the one guy that help with the mortgage quotes went the extra mile by making so many phone calls to the mortgage representatives to help me and my husband get the best deal. The only thing that let me down was the guys senior staff interuped us twice in the room to tell him to 'hurry up' because she was sending other people upstairs to be seen. I thought this was unprofessional as we were sitting right there!”
