“Customer Services had misinformed me about what to do regarding an issue with my account. I was then told I had to go into the branch. The branch then told me that I had to call Customer Services again, only to then be told by Customer Services to go into my local branch. However, after explaining the situation to a member of staff, she immediately worked to make sure my situation was dealt with quickly. Thank you for the help. I would give 5 stars but I had to push slightly to get myself a good service. As a customer, I expect members of staff to go above and beyond without me almost having to beg.”

“After a shockingly bad experience at Barclays, Palmers Green I visited Barclays, Wood Green. Nurat helped me and my elderly father with a tedious banking issue. She was thorough, patient and most importantly of all, kind. If you want customer service that makes a customer feel valued, go see Nurat! I only knock one star off as I was shocked at how busy the branch was. Queue was out the door!”
