I bought a Acer computer for 600£ last February. The computer gave problems since first week. That I thought was my fault instead it was the computer. Any way I had to request to repair it many times. They took 3 weeks to repair and last time more than 45 days to repair it . I had to discuss with them lot, to request new one.Finally they asked me to choice another new computer to replace it. They had only few choices with them, once I have chosen another one, again they gave me a computer just the box was opened. I cannot trust those people. How they think to sell without seal computer. Who is going to have a responsibility for it if it is not working? Then gave me a voucher in back. Because they have not any other computers with same model. The workers treated me as I was asking free computer. They did not understand no one want to pay 600£ and to bring a broken computer to home. I understood only manager Abdul was the derstandable person . Others treated me rudely. Who go to buy any electronic item spescially be careful. Once you payed they do not care. I payed 600£ it waste lot of my time and days to discuss with them because of that computer and to see there rude faces because of they gave me broken computer.

I would like to share my experience in this store all the stuff were helpful and polite only the manager (Vaiva) who was very rude and aggressive basically she accused me of changing the phone and refused to refund my money after two days of my purchase and called the security guy to kick me out of the store ( the store is not not your family business)Well other store gave me the refund

Today I get badly experience on the argos desk a lady with the name Vaiva threats me like a criminal,I was buying with argos card when I was pick up the iten she said to see the camera on the silly and she was so rude and weird behaviour

Made a small item purchase here. There were a few customers in the store at the time of my visit. The self-service kiosk was clean and in good working order. I received my purchase from the collections area in no time at all. A couple of staff members were available, if assistance was required.

Not my first time to go there. Bets way to quickly get some stuff what you need around the house or even a present. Today, Deborah helped me , I had a voucher and didn't know how to use. She was really helpful and nice

I had a excellent customer service during my recent visit to Argoson 01/06/2023. I had bought Google Pixel Buds A-series a few months earlier, but one of the headphones had stopped working, and I needed to exchange them. I am pleased to say that thanks to the efforts of your staff, this was a seamless experience.I was served by Lilieth who provided me with an exceptional level of customer service. She was very friendly, approachable and demonstrated a high level of knowledge and skill in dealing with my exchange request. Lilieth was also incredibly helpful, explaining the available options for the exchange, and going out of her way to ensure that I had all the relevant information to make an informed decision.Thank to Lilieth for her fantastic service, and I will not hesitate to recommend Argos to my friends and family in the future.

Unbelievable bad service, what has happened to Argos of Wood green. Went to replace a faulty PS5 controller it has developed joystick drift within 6 months i was told they can't replace it because they can't test it and tried to brush be off to Sony to deal with and asked for video evidence of the problem and that's with a receipt. That was AQIBA the manager, so she claims.

I was impressed with how well-organized the store was, and how everything was displayed in a neat and tidy manner.Manager Abdul went above and beyond to make sure that I had everything I needed, and that I was satisfied with my purchase. I ordered a dog cage to pick up and it was way too heavy for me to carry so Abdul instructed me to come to sound to the collection area and helped me load into the car. What amazing customer service. Thank you

I was verbally assaulted by the store manager Mr Abdul, there was absolutely no reason for that. I never raised my voice or used inappropriate language, my ?fault? was I disagreed with him.Why do you need humiliate someone specifically in public for absolutely no reason.I m glad in the UK we have free speech.He was also mentioning maybe better for me to go back to my country, I m proud British with all our silly thing.Terrible experience in this store, Argos should not be like this.My order was also canceled forcing my to wait for the refund 3-5 working day and forcing me to go to an other store, where I had absolutely no issue.

I am appalled at the customer service from the Manager Abdul.I have been coming to this local store for 20 years and never had any issues with any of the staff until TODAY.Argos, you are a high trading company, why do you have this unprofessional, rude and arrogant man in charge of your store?I was refused a refund on an item that I purchased 4 days ago, unopened and with a receipt.Before I even spoke to Abdul, I had heard him raising his voice to staff members and saw a member of staff put her head in her hands once he turned his back.Horrible human being. Disgusted
