Me and my farther drove 4hrs from Yorkshire early one Friday morning to collect a vehicle which had being negotiated over a number of telephone calls. Needless to say the car in question was presented in impeccable order inside and out. The car was better than could have being possible to expect. The guys we dealt with (Richard & Joe) were men of their word and went the extra mile to make the buying experience stress free and flawless from start to finish. 10/10 customer service & presentation of all cars on display. Highly recommend and when we buy another Aston Martin we will be sure to use these guys again.

I have been pleasantly surprised at the help and support I had recently at Aston Martin in Acton .I have several high end vehicles of different makes , Italian and German .I can?t help compare the service and attention to detail I get .I have to put pen to paper to just say how much AM Stratstones exceeded my expectations now and in the past from the beginning to the end nothing is too much for the staff , from the lovely smile and coffee the receptionist offersTo George?s wealth of knowledge from the servicing Dpt .The exceptional value , and the peace of mind that my vehicles are in the best hands .I had a concern and the way it was dealt with was just amazing , The MD Drew , made the whole process seamless and made me feel that nothing was too much trouble . It is refreshing to see that even when you are the boss man that he can take time to look after the customer and make me feel special going above and beyond his work remit . Great reception, did exactly as promised! Aram Armaghan an extremely helpful and pleasant. Under the watchful eye of his Mother on reception. Having attended many dealerships this one gave great service at the most sensible price. Watched them dealing with a customer on his third car.....Same service. Thank you Aram. I found Stratstone Aston Martin to be friendly, professional, flexible and accommodating. Bethany was a pleasure to interact with. She was efficient, energetic, open and engaging. A lengthy test drive (in a pre-owned vehicle) was quickly arranged - no fuss, no ifs or buts - just a perfect opportunity to get the right vehicle. As a result of this extended test drive, I did not choose an Aston Martin (due to practical limitations, not the cars themselves). I have had questionable service from Stratstone in years gone by but they fortunately employed a delightful lady, Petya, a few years ago in their service department since which time the quality of service they provide has improved significantly. She is efficient and knowledgable and calls back when she says she will. I am a happy customer and very happy to recommend their services.

Picked up my DB11 today from AM Western Avenue. Amazing service from when I first walked in the showroom 2 weeks ago and was greeted by Richard Brett. He walked me through all the models and options, made the whole experience very accessible, had a fantastic knowledge of all the cars, was very friendly and accommodating and helped me find the perfect car (after a few test drives)! Couldn?t recommend Richard and the team at AM enough and will be back for my next purchase from them very soon! Best experience purchasing a car I?ve ever had. Thanks to you all!
