I have given my pickup point here. After the parcel was delivered, when I came to collect it, my parcel was not here. My name is in their phone but my parcel is missing. what should i do??? The staff here is not helpful at all.

Worst customer service you can think of. Here, the client is always wrong. Will avoid collecting/dropping from here in the future

Very unhelpful staff. Can't look away from YouTube to help with evri parcels. It doesn't seem safe as people need to rummage through all the parcels to find their own. Won't be using this service again.

Giving a 1 star because 0 is not at option. The wrinkled old worm at the till is unbelievably rude and unhelpful. Would sooner walk myself across the country to send my parcel than ever have to step foot in this spar again.

Disrespectful and ill informed customer service from Kavi today. Provided valid passport ID for a tobacco product, I?m 19, and he insisted they do not sell tobacco or tobacco related products to customers under 21. A quick google search tells you otherwise, unreliable and miserable worker. He refused to turn around and read the sign which literally says ?it is illegal to sell tobacco products to those under 18? and instead asked ?are you arguing with me?? In a passive aggressive tone. The one thing he was riding on was a sign saying customers who APPEAR under 21 must be challenged, clearly he didn?t read the sign correctly? Kavi needs some serious retraining, unfriendly and unpersonable customer service- can?t even adhere to the basic sales laws of the UK! DO NOT SHOP HERE!!

Such terrible experience today to collect my parcel. The employee is rude and miserable with no customer service skills. There are dozens of parcels in the middle of the shop floor in big boxes and the customers need to find themselves their parcel (the employee of the store repeated to me multiple times it was 'self service'). First, anybody can pick and steal the parcel of somebody else without any control. Then the customers are treated like employee by the guy behind the counter, very rude guy. I couldn't find my parcel and after a while I found it left on one of the shelf of the shop! I never experienced this before. Avoid this shop!I can see with the previous comments that I'm not the only one who experienced this, I don't understand why this shop can still be a parcel shop, and Spar shame on you to keep such bad employees.

The Evri (Hermes) parcel printing and scanning machine is constantly out of order, has a malfunctioning camera that does not focus or some other technical issues preventing you from dropping off parcels.PROs+ Free of charge frustrationCONs- Unhelpful staff- Stinks of leaking petrol abd diesel

Honestly such a rude miserable person behind the counter with zero customer service skills. Wouldn?t help me with the Hermes posting at all and then when I couldn?t get it to work he starts telling me he?s not a parcel shop and that he doesn?t do print in store even though it clearly says they do. Basically told me to go away. Hermes shouldn?t let this guy be a parcel shop, plus there was loads of parcels there that weren?t even in safe place someone could easily take something. Avoid at all cost! Will complain directly to Hermes as well.

11am today (Wednesday Oct 7th)....and this 24hr Spar is CLOSED. This rude, super unprofessional grrr guy behind window basically tells me and my Hermes parcel to p*ss off...with thunder face and his hand gestures. Left there ? and his lucky there was a glass in between us!!Advice avoid this SPAR....drop your Hermes package at the Corner Shop near North Acton Tube Station...Jazz Food & Wine..where its open & parcel taken within few minutes..better professional vibes.
