My flatmates and I always donate our clothes here and the shop manager and volunteers are usually very friendly and welcoming.
Recently there is a new lady who is grumpy because she herself is not familiar with all the transaction procedures. I will go somewhere else for shopping and donations and recommend other doing so as well

I have been doing shopping in charity shops for years and always staff are very nice and friendly but not in this shop!!!
Manager was so rude and ignorant. One of the lady who was serving me was the was shop assistant i have ever dealt in my life (I am not young)
I had impression that she was there as it was ger punishment.
I will never go to this shop again.

As I passed in front of Scope in Acton I couldn?t help but noticing the beautiful shop window and decorations. I entered and the interior looks very spacious and organised. The new management has done an awesome job, the manager Nick is very friendly. Keep up the good work!

Staff moan and groan about everything.I won't be going out of my way to take any more stuff there in future.In future, I'll just bin whatever I have to discard.

Such overpriced items it is a joke, especially when clothes are in poor conditions with stains or bubbles on.

Very nice place! Staff are very polite and kind and the shop has such a wide range of bric a brack and clothing. Definitely recommend

I went on Sunday and got there at 4.10pm thinking that will be open until 5pm because of course the details are not up to date online. I knew exactly what I wanted as I have been there earlier (at first I didn't think I want the picture but then change my mind). It must have been the manager people are complaining about because I was telling her that I know what I wanted and is a simple in and out but she was keep telling me it is close and is nothing she can do. Like really? Being a charity I was for some reason expecting people to be nicer and kinder but I was wrong! She kept telling me to come next day. Guess what? People are working and things do not linger for too long in a charity and I of course didn't find the picture anymore. So dissapointed as around 6 weeks ago me and flatmate moved and we had lots of items donated to that charity because we only interacted with the Lithuanian lady and she is a pleasure to talk to! She is always nice and smilling and kind!! Next time I would know to choose another charity one that do cares about the community and neighbourhood!

Unfortunately the smell of nicotine through the whole shop was so strong that I felt sick.

Heads up - they close at 5pm, not 5:30pm as stated on Google maps.Excellent shop, nice and fairly priced items! Staff if very friendly : )
