Quality small branch of Sainsburys. Nice breads and pastries. Not cheap. Much better than the small Tescos opposite which has leaking fridges with water on the floor, out of date goods, and goods at the wrong price - get to the till and it is more . Only pay the price marked, and report to Trading Standards at Ealing Council, and the manager of this Tescos. Another good small Sainsburys nearby in Horn Lane with car parking. And a small new Asda opening soon in Horn Lane opposite the vets.

Friendly staff. East Asian instant noodles on sale. I just wonder why a tesco and a sainsburys are within 10 meter

The checkout machine is so slow and lags behind tapping, couldn't cancel item when accidentally pressed. scale doesnt work most of the time and the security is a magnet stands there watching me everytime I walk in, go and watch someone else I spend min £200 a month at this place and live upstairs basically. F off. Spinach is was mostly going off with 1 week expiry. Still better than tescos with thier state of art MI5 cameras and club card tracking.

Appalling behaviour by manager Stuart.I walked in shop he said facemask- I explained i didn't need to wear one. Than he said ill give you one to wear. I than asked him ' do you not want to ask me why I can't wear mask? He than no you should tell me. Which is very shocking. I was only trying to by groceries I explained i was exempt and he abruptly said you should of said that when you walked in. Very aggressive and sarcastic. When I explained that he was being rude and making me embarrassed by publicily humiliating me I front of customers he said it was my fil for no telling hi. I was exempt. He was very abrupt confrontational tational and unprofessional. I felt discriminated Nd am astonished that sainsbury would llow a magebof here brmch to behave like this. Next time I will stick to tescos instead and ive now destroyed my nectar card m.would encourage people with mask exemptions or any disability or avoid this company esp. This branch.

This is is the first time I ever put my shopping back onto the shelves and walked out of a Sainsbury... but I'm glad I did it. The lady was the tills is very rude and not helpful at all when I had a technical issue with the self scan. Does the staff receive any customer service training these days, or are they just hired and put behind the counter? They just lost a loyal customer.

Very nice branch with helpful staff. Not too big not too small you can find many things. Small HOME basic department, sometimes things are missing overall, but you'll find some of them back on the shelf quite soon

Sunday at 17.00 older security was watching me like I'm a bloody shoplifter until I paid by the self service till. I used to come here very often for more than 2 years. Well done Sainsburys by appointing this Columbo, you have just lost a customer. The tattooed guy, your former happy regular customer

I am frustrated seeing plastic bags used to pack bake goods and pastries in times when everyone knows we have global plastic pollution crisis and marine life is chocking on plastic bags and microplastic. They put a rather unhelpful notice saying 'help the environment and don't use more bags that you should'. Well, Sainsbury's, why don't YOU help the environmnet and start offering recycled paper bags for bakery and pastries instead???Do not shift the responsibility to your customers. I should not have to be telling you what you need to do! It is YOU who should know better that you need to reduce the use of single-use plastic whenever possible. I am trully fed up with big companies like you that just don't care, whereas you have all the money and could actually instigate a positive movement and do so much more than the bare minimum.

Clean store, full covid19 restrictions upheld and variety of stock on hand. Staff are very friendly and the store has better quality of stock than the competitor across the street. I enjoy going in there for a quick shop and meeting everyone as they are so welcoming.
