Ordered delivery on Just Eat. An hour late. Food stone cold and the milkshake watery and melting.
Shame on you, McDonald's Acton.
There is always some issue with delivery orders. Forgotten items, cold food or late deliveries.
This is a poorly managed branch with pretty useless staff!???

The coffee ordered was overexerted and was not drinkable. When I requested to change it , I was responded by staff to add sugar to solve the problem, and we could not change it.

Ordered on the app. Came to the drive thru first and had to wait for the two cars behind me to get served before I did.
Then went to the counter and was handed the wrong food. Then the wrong drive.
To get a drink was asked to go to the next window, knowing she was angry and would probably spit in my drink.
Bother order taker and serve both rude.
Order number VU22. As per picture. No drink!

This McDonald's consistently screw up even the simplest of orders. The restaurant is small and dirty, and normally full of Uber drivers waiting around so seating is limited.Didn't think I could be disappointed by a McDonalds but this place has managed it.

This McDonalds consistently forget items on delivery orders and has gotten to the point where I no longer believe it to be accidental.Either the staff are incompetent or someone is stealing food. Only happens on takeaway so I believe it is the latter.As for the atmosphere inside the restaurant, it is poor to say the least. The upstairs seems to be permemenantly shut and all the seating on the lower level is taken by uber drivers. There is only one toilet that is unlocked by staff, that is filthy.

Good local McDonald's serving customers. Located in Central Acton. The pavement outside is small. Annoyingly used congested with Uber Drivers blocking the path with there motorcycles.
