I had a wonderful interaction with the pharmacist, he was so kind and helpful. They didn?t have my Medication but he managed to help me and get it for me the same day, and because the medication was so expensive he also gave me a kind gesture through a discount!

First Class Pharmacy!Ali and his team have always provided me with a superb and professional service. As I have a number of complex medical conditions, I rely on the Pharmacy to sort out and deliver my various medications. Ali will always try his very best to provide me with any help that I may need. Great customer service and attentive staffs. Despite how busy it was, I was seen to very quickly and without delay. The team behind the counter were more than happy to assist with ailment inquires as well. Shame there isn't a branch near me.

Absolute rubbish chemist. Place always smells awful it really needs a good clean. They always keep you waiting for your script. Also, keep having different pharmacists there.Since VJ left, place has gone to pot.Avoid and find yourself another local chemist.Oh and apparently they own Banks chemist too, so don?t bother with them either

I dont go in for their in store services as i am reduced mobility but their services never fails short of politeness and curious and full of knowledge. Very quick service and they also do have a local home delivery twice a week. Can't fault them and their knowledge and endless help. Had an occasional issue of the delivery person never knocking at first and dumping meds at doorstep before legging it and some meds are a class opium do shouldnt be left...but the second the phaacy were made aware...it was fixed instantly and never an issue. That is the only reason I am giving 4 out of 5 but really deserve 5 if it's based on the service I'm getting and being catered for.

Since VJ left this place operates in complete chaos. Boxes everywhere on the floor, three or four pharmacists working but don't know whether they're coming or going. Always have to check the packet they give you to see what they've left out! They sometimes tell you you've picked up a medicine already when you haven't, and they'll argue with you about it! Forget this place. Go somewhere else.

I can?t believe I was given expired medication!!! First I was given 2 packets of my prescription and I was hesitant so I asked to see the prescription and I was only allowed 1 packet! So I asked why the are offering 2 but he just took the other one and cancelled on the slip.When I got home I checked the expiry dates and was shocked!Expired medication!why is expired medicine from 2022 not discarded?
