? Zero Customer Service Experience
Absolutely no sense of customer service here. Walked in and wasn?t even greeted. Just a grumpy face from the tall man?Mr. Marcel, I believe?wearing a hat. No ?hello,? no ?welcome,? nothing. Instead, I was met with, ?What did you order?? and was told I ordered in the wrong place. Not helpful, not friendly, and honestly, very unprofessional.
I truly hope the management steps in and teaches the staff, especially Mr. Marcel, the basics of what customer service actually means. A little kindness goes a long way?especially when people choose to spend their money at your establishment.

Very rude lady who was extremely aggressive and abusive when I reported a mistake. You do not treat customers this way. You need a lesson in mannners.

Very bad customer service and one lady there she?s very rude. I ask her to give me extra sauce but she refuse it and she?s shouting and she didn?t care about Customer.

Disappointing customer experience. Placed an order via the app, didn?t get any updates for almost an hour. Tried calling the store, which evidently answered the call each time, but immediately sent it to wait. I waited on the line for 15 mins listening to the background music. No updates, no callbacks, absolutely nothing. This is shameful customer experience from Domino?s. Expected better from you guys.

It's is not anymore Domino's pizza is just the name there , the pizza I took was very thick you need to change the staff there or at least training them
