My name is mr sweetman i have an issue with the cooker that I purchased from your hove branch old shoreham Road the cooker is a logik fan oven we purchased it 27th December used on the 29th opened the door and the inner glass fell out i took photos of it and the part that is missing went to the store and showed them the photos which they told us we would have to get in touch with the engineers they turned up a week later and told us that it shouldn't have left the factory like it they said they don't carry the parts which they said they will have to order the part. So we didn't receive a phone call from the engineers so my wife phoned them and they told my wife that they can't get the part. Hove store said they can't replace the oven it is only just over 2 months old. I only want a replacement or the money back. Yours mr Gary sweetman. Can we please resolve this matter.

Broke trade in phone & took 3 weeks to break it!!Put two fully functional iphones into the trade in part of carphone warehouse and not only did they take approx 3 weeks to process they also managed to break the charging port of one of the phones. Truly terrible service!! Predictably one of the phones was returned to me indicating it was faulty on delivery. Aye right ! No way ! The phone was posted fully functioning & charging perfectly on leaving so YOU GUYS BROKE IT! ANGRY ? ?. Will be lodging complaint to take further & the reviews on this trusted website obviously prove they are Scammers.

As a landlord, I am replacing equipment often. Thought I?d try Currys for first time. Failed to deliver an oven 4 consecutive weeks. They never called to say they weren?t coming and every time I have rung their Indian call centre, I?ve been given the weakest of excuses and the emptiest of promises. Going to cancel my order and write to Alex Baldock, who awards himself £2.24millon per annum.

Beyond awful. Faulty items delivered - still awaiting g goodwill voucher 6 months on . No response from anyone. Go small independent and avoid Currys at all costs

Paid for you to install and dispose of old washing machine. You did neither and just left the new machine in the middle of the floor. I had to install it myself. You ignored me emails and your ?agent? on webchat refused to refund me the money I paid for the service which wasn?t completed. Would never use again will stick with AO far superior service they installed with no problems.

I bought a mobile phone in store but via online as none in stock in store. The staff member entered the wrong house address for delivery then cancelled the order. One month later I am still waiting for a refund and they have transferred customer service to incompetent people in south Africa who are useless. Currys where's my money??? Theives

Would have been zero if I could. Bought Samsung fridge freezer from them and after a few hours it was leaking water internally from the bottom. Reported to Currys then have spent the last 8 days trying to get a replacement have now asked for a refund as promised 3 times replacement would be delivered and nothing materialised. Customer service is none existent as is their communication. They only want your money then they don't care. Never going to buy anything from Currys again.

We purchased a TV from Currys in Leicester on Saturday 9th December 2023 we were unable to get someone to set the TV up until today Tuesday 12th December 2023 when we opened the box and got the TV out it was damaged my son and husband took the TV back to Currys in Leicester to be told that they have a 48 hour return policy for exchange on damaged goods, this wasn't explained to us on the day of purchase and at the minute the manager isn't in store again until Friday 15th December there's nobody in a store of that size that has the bottle to make a decision for us to get an exchange.This is a disgusting way to treat customers who at the end of the day keep them in a job. One of the shop assistants agreed that the damage was caused before the TV was put in the box, I think that if we purchase anything again from Currys we'll open the box and check the item before we leave the store.If this doesn't get resolved I will be getting in touch with the newspaper/ TV/citizen advice/ ombudsman and anyone else who will help to resolve the problem.We've had the TV on finance so not sure if they can do anything to help us.But all I know this is disgusting customer care.

Do not buy care and protect from Currys, the team are a complete and utter waste of time.Took my TV in for repair as it had a fault. 4 weeks later I was told today, they can't find my TV, I'm constantly chasing them, they make no effort to call me backI've already brought a new TV, all I want is my money back.Terrible customer service and would not recommend them in any way.

Extremely poor customer service and product exchange processIt was a terrible experience after purchasing a £1,200 gaming PC during the Black Friday event. I requested an exchange of a product delivered as an upgraded item became available. I called Currys agent to ask for the status of the exchange and was pressured that once they receive the original product, the exchange will be processed. After 6 days, I reached out once again asking for info...to be informed that the item I requested was out of stock. The agent said they could not do anything as the refund was issued.No email communication was shared on this with me - their system is not transparent at all. I raised a complaint and also shared an email with their CEO, Alex Baldock. The agent said their CEO would not respond. And what's even more confusing, the same agent who dealt with my complaint responded to my CEO email - how is that possible? I raised a complaint to the CEO about their CS processes, and the same agent responded! This is a total lack of respect for customers. By the way, they are CEOs of big businesses (for example, Amazon) whose senior leaders often respond and act on customer feedback.After all my complaints, the agent on the phone ignorantly responded to me, saying that I was free to re-order the item once it became available. That's extremely bad - firstly, the price is much higher now, secondly, how they can expect me to buy anything from them in future considering that they simply don't care?

Curry?s have put a lady?s number as their head office number, she is getting phones calls constantly being harassed for the wrongdoings of this company. I called their customer service to get this removed at her request and the lady on the phone was helpful, but there seems to be no action taken and the calls are still coming through. This is incredibly distressing for the lady and something the company should not be doing, this number needs to be removed immediately and an investigation started as to why a number not associated with the business has shown up as their head office number. Absolutely disgraceful

Wanted to buy 2 laptops. Went in your Beckton park store. Shop assistants took no notice of me. Busy talking to each other. In the end i just walked out. No wonder you have reported today low sales - at Xmas- really? In the end bought them online from John Lewis and a printer as well. No stress and a speedy quality delivery.

Curry don't answer the phone same fault in an item within 12 been returned twice nothing but hassle and lousy customer service oh in sorry not my job I do t do that . Spent many hours on the phone trying to sort ... just pray you buy something that doesn't have a fault and you have paid the extra ins to fix it !

I have a care plan package that states if it?s unrepairable it will be replaced. An engineer came out at told me it was only fit for scrap. All the paperwork was sent off and a couple of days later I had a message from curry?s asking me to phone. I have now been told another engineer is being sent out to repair the dishwasher. I explained it was unrepairable and was put through to 4 other departments when finally they put the phone down on me ?. I will never buy from you again .

Don't not value there customers. Don't get back to the customer's. Worst customer services I have ever received promised calls back 5 times. Not once have I been called back.might as well talk to a brick wall. Been without a fridge for a month now.If someone a currys actually reads this do you think you could call me.I don't really have any hope though.
