The quality is what you would expect from any Costa Coffee,croissants, toast, etc.
The cappuccino is good, with the perfect temperature.
The staff is very kind and smiling, which is not something you can take for granted at 6:30 in the morning.
The place is very spacious, with lots of light and background music that isn?t too loud. It?s a suitable environment for meeting friends, studying, and perfect for early workers,many of whom are regulars at this Costa.
The environment is very clean and also suitable for those who unfortunately need to use a wheelchair.
There is an internal restroom accessible to people with disabilities as well.

Very rude service. I was seeing how she was burning the milk of the latte, over steaming it, and I told her to please not to make so hot as she was burning it and flavour would change. Her only response is ?you have to tell me before? no sorry no nothing. Not even a single hello or please or thank you either. You are a burden to them and they make you feel that way

Last Sunday ordered a ham and cheese sandwich for take out. Was awful. Not even toasted from the bottom size and very hard from the another side. Definitely not coming back!

Had a great experience at Costa Coffee, thanks to Alestia?s warm service and attention to detail. She made sure everything was perfect, and the coffee was spot on?rich, smooth, and exactly what I needed. Her friendly presence made the visit even better. Will definitely be back

The best Costa ever - clean, organised, fantastic service and lovely staff. This review is based on several visits and is a consistent review as opposed to a one off! It is always a pleasure going there unlike so many other cafes in London ?
