Wow where do I even start about this Bp garage. After a long eventful night me and my buddies were in desperate need for some snacks and after being knocked back from the shell over the road, we picked ourselves back up and marched over to the breath taking green building which is the Bp garage. What a great establishment! None of this paying outside through a letter box, we had free roam of the shop at this late time. No queue at all straight to the checkout without any hassle. I love this garage I will be returning. Didn?t have any Indian smells or bad odours so get yourself down. Also if you need a taxi, especially an uber, they will spawn in and take you back to your hotel. Thank you for being great hosts I will renew my season ticket as a Bp ultra.

Perfect place to do service for cars. You can find similar services almost every where in London but the Customer service behaviour is so professional and great. It was really good to have professional behaviour to start a day

Great fuel station whether you are looking for Gasoline, Diesel or snacks and a meal for your self. There's a M&S food shop at this location and an in house café so all the fueling needs can be fulfilled vehicles and people. Also there is a rotary car wash for a good clean if required.

Decent food/grocery shop with coffee to go with your petrol on the way into London right on A40. BBQ stuff is also there. They have an automatic car wash although it is not as thorough in washing really dirty cars and sometimes broken. Service is nice for this type of business.

Terrible service, you have to wait like over 5min for the pump to turn in then you have to wait a long time to fill up full tank because the fuel pumps are soooo SLOWWWW you spend 45min or mire just to fuel up. Thus is ridiculous.

Quaint little gas stop with some charm, but the giant mascot is a head-scratcher. It?s a nod to an old oil field, which feels off given today's eco-awareness. BP's push in delicate places, especially with environmental debates, feels off-key. A rethink for respect wouldn?t hurt.

The night of the 23rd September I went to collect food through the app good to go,I have been using the app for a long time,all the shop I bought from were considered and change the food base on my religion as being Muslim I don't eat pork,I asked them, nicely if you can change it,when he called to hand over the back ,he asked to never come back and never pick this location again ,people who was there was shocked,he was rude and racist ,he should be fired for being that rude, based on the reviews, I am not the only one unfortunately,the people who was there should be fired ,they are ruining that petrol station.

Rude staff looking at their phones instead of doing their jobs. No lol roll in the WC. WC itself is the dirtiest petrol station toilet I?ve ever been in, smelling of pee and without loo roll. Disgrace

This place was absolutely disgusting! I stopped here to use the toilet and I walked in to find it was overflowing with urine and blocked at the bottom. The sink and baby changing table were brown, plus their was no toilet paper or water. The floor was wet with urine and the smell was beyond disgusting. Someone needs to take serious actions

Went to this garage the other day in a rush to work, the bald employee behind the counter didn?t turn the pump on for 5 minutes because he was making several coffees, feel as though petrols more important considering it?s a petrol station & not a starbucks, went inside the garage & told him can he turn the pump on, he told me to wait so I went outside again for another few minutes just for him not to turn on the pump in the end even though he was standing next to the counter, lazy guy
