During my visit today store was in good order, staff - very welcoming. Huge thanks to the lady at the self service till - Teresa! She was very presentable and attentive (and she has very nice perfume :-). Very happy with service! Thanks to all staff!

I had a really positive experience with Sam in B&Q. He was extremely helpful and patient while I was choosing cupboard doors for my kitchen. Sam took the time to explain the options clearly, gave me great advice, and made the whole process much easier. I really appreciated his friendly manner and professional guidance he went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my choices. Excellent customer service!

Staff usually really helpful, the prices are steep but the staff are well trained apart from the occasional one or two that when you ask where can I get any trolleys they say I don?t know. I went around the whole car park and not one trolley, I thought they maybe used it for stock in the warehouse asked them to check but nothing came of it, Eventually found one or took someone else?s I don?t know.

I have never had such awful customer service over the phone In my life and when I mentioned that he said it was just the way it was, refused to listen to me and ended the call abruptly. If you have a faulty product you have to return it to the store which I understand if it could fit into my car which it can?t and they don?t offer a collection service which is shocking and in no way in the interest of the paying customer. B&Q please do better and provide a better service to your paying customers. I will be making a formal complaint and requesting a full refund instead of exchange and getting my BBQ from a different provider.

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. I went out on a whim on a warm weekend in August as I?d not planted much this year . I was expertly guided by Clay , he helped with choosing flowers , picking 100l bags of compost , checkout and even putting the heavy bags in the car . Oscar was helpful with checkout and finding a person to help . They are a credit to your team . I was impressed by the selection of flowers , the offers , the baskets and even outdoor furniture.

Worst customer service. No response to queries. I asked for an Item to be picked from middle shelf. They just kept bouncing off requests for half an but nothing. Ultimately I left without purchasing, not coming back ever.

I visited B&Q in Hanger Lane today to purchase some kitchen equipment and Emily was of great help!
Robert was also of great help in directing me to the correct department!
They both deserve a pay rise!!!

Most useless b&q I?ve ever visited, no staff on the floor they seem to be too poor to hire anyone to help, lady at the refund desk with red hair is the most annoying rude and patronising lady to ever deal with. Worst store

I had a few issues with returning items at B & Q Acton for a kitchen that I had spent £3k. But I am happy to say that Emily Salmon was simply amazing helpful and resolved my refund with HQ. An amazing person being so helpful and polite, keep up the good work

I always check online for stock, turn up and get what I need. Self-checkout is really easy to use, and it's always been manned by friendly staff to aid.
