Had to wait for 30 minutes at the timber cutting station.Staff told me someone was coming in at 1:30pm waited until 2pm and no one came.If you can?t provide the service, at least let your clients know before making them wait 30 minutes.

Absolutely disgusting service, I didnt have a trolley token or a £1 coin so went in to ask a member of staff, they looked at me like I had 2 heads!! I ended up asking 3 members of staff who all refused to help me get a trolley. I eventually found one with a couple of boxes on so started to take them off when another member of staff came up to me screaching at me, in front of all the other customers in store, that I couldn't take it. Unfortunately I will have to visit this store on a regular basis for my job. I am certainty not looking forward to returning.

Just your average B&Q. All the things you could need for the garden and more. Huge warehouse with all the offerings of a huge warehouse store. DIY fitted kitchens, bathrooms and more. Make a mess of the whole house if you feel the need. Paints and sandpaper and more. Deckchairs and fire pits to roast you nuts on. I am not a health and safety professional and this is for entertainment purposes only.

I am utterly dismayed by the appalling quality of the soil purchased from B&Q. Recently, I bought a large bag of soil from your store with the intention of repotting our beloved plants at home. Regrettably, what seemed like a simple gardening task turned into an absolute nightmare.Shortly after using the soil to repot our plants, we discovered an infestation of fungus gnat larvae emerging from the soil. The situation quickly spiraled out of control as these larvae hatched into thousands of fungus gnats, infesting our entire home. The sheer number of these pests is beyond overwhelming, rendering our living space practically uninhabitable.This experience has been distressing, to say the least. We are at a loss for how to combat this invasion without sacrificing all our cherished plants. The quality control lapse in your soil product has not only caused immense inconvenience but has also posed a serious challenge in restoring our home's comfort.I strongly urge B&Q to take immediate action to rectify this issue and improve the quality control measures for their gardening products. As a consumer, this experience has shattered my confidence in the reliability and safety of your merchandise.

Absolutely awful. For the second time now I have ordered online with the click and collect service. Shows online there is plenty of stock in the store but when you get there to collect they don?t have it. Spent 35minutes being pissed around in there today. Will never use b& q again. Shame I can?t give zero stars?

Everything was fine until I metJayshree at the till she was very rude and treating customers like prisoners I spent more than 5k in the last few weeks in B&Q to decorate my shop I have visited B&Q Acton branch many times most of the employees are great except Jayshree.

I very rarely give bad reviews, this is the first 1 star I've ever rated a place. This b&q has been one of the basolute worst experiences I have ever had in a diy store. The staff are utterly clueless, constantly send you down the wrong isle, you have to walk around half the store to actually find someone, and b&q have the audacity to still sell stuff at high prices especially compared to elsewhere. Joke of a shop.

Today we had an appointment for storage and bedroom design. I cannot speak more highly of the design team who took the meeting. Both Dragona and Nikita spent at least 2 hrs helping us design and advised on all unit options. She was very knowledgeable, down to earth and did not make us feel rushed. We had originally been to IKEA and the service Dragona provided made us choose to spend our money with B&Q! Absolute star ??Thank you soo much!!

We have been in this store and bought around £800 worth of Christmas decorations and sadly we need 3 more from one of items to complete our lounge decorations but there was a guy who was a manager of this store called uro I think but he was rude and he didn?t know how treat the customers very disrespectful and we are very disappointed form our shopping.Hope he will see this review and someone talk about this kind of attitude with him as we love B&Q and don?t like to be disappointed from this lovely shop??????
