I always have a terrible experience at this Morrisons Daily branch. The staff were rude and even made negative comments about online orders in front of in-person customers. To make matters worse, they refused to let me collect my online order unless it was within a random time frame they decided on the spot, meaning I made the journey for nothing. You should be able to collect your order anytime within their opening hours. Additionally, the front door glass is always smashed. Definitely avoid this store ? it's more trouble than it's worth. Would give 0 stars if I could.

Really surprised about the reviews that mention bad service. I've only ever found them friendly and neighbourly. Maybe I'm the exception but I really like shopping here. Range is fairly limited but works for a stables top up if big Sainsburys is closed.

Poor Customer Service. The store closing time was 22:00 & when I reached at 21:54 with the open doors. The staff said we can?t serve you as the store is now closed.

Used this store a few times lately and noticed you pay more than the marked up prices on the shelf. Staff always sorted and are friendly, althought today I was told it's only 20p, which isn't really the point and it was actually 45p but who's counting

On two previous occasions prior to today, the staff have been unbelievably rude, and I have ignored that as I know everyone has a bad day, but to happen even a third time when I came today just shows the level of respect the staff have here (which is none) I was genuinely shocked! The sarcastic unprovoked comments are just not necessary, especially when Id like to think, we'll I know I was kind and friendly, with a smile! I'd like the clarify that I visited this shop only three times- and these three times each have been genuinely shocking. I came twice before the refurb and never since my last rude encounter and again today, with my last rude encounter. I was curious to check the google reviews and so I looked and I am so glad to see it is not just me who has had the same experience. A message to owners and management, please consider customer service training to your staff. I know it's not an easy industry but there is a level of human basic decency and manners to have to this at the end of the day. Wow.

I see several other reviews about the same issues as I have encountered. These reviews are from awhile ago so despite replies on here from management or somebody in a social media role they obviously don't take the criticism seriously at all because the same issues are here.on 3 separate occasions I've had trouble sending Yodel packages. One time I was told the "system is down" and another they were "full" and again today they can't send anything because they claim to be full. I've never experienced this "full" thing anywhere else. I send Yodel pacakges and Evri many times and nobody has once told me they are at some mythical capacity. In my opinion they are just lazy and don't want to do it. I see loads of other reviews mentioning the same thing. Does McColl's not investigate???Today because I had to go to a different shop where surprise surprise it was no problem to send my package this made me late for an important delivery of medicine for my dog. I will never come to this store again. Staff are rude, lazy, and can't be bothered.

Basic courtesy let alone customer service is absent from the employees at this store. Prime example in the argument for automation of such roles, sadly. Three times I have travelled there to use the Collect+ service, and they are quite animated about it being ?full? and refuse to take even a small parcel for me, instead telling me to come back another time, when I?ve walked half hour.

Very rude and nasty guy that works in this shop. I have never encountered ANYONE as rude as this man in my whole life. He shouldn't be working in this shop honestly, he was so rude to me this morning that I went to pick up my parcel. I was told this man is a manager, imagine this kind of a rude man being a manager of an organisation.

They used to be really nice lady's that worked in there, now they have become miserable and refused my Yodel parcels. They are Jaded and have been there too long. Wont go back avoid this place.

Can't say I've ever had problems with staff here. I go in here almost on a daily basis to get my lunch on the way to work and im always served by friendly people. Never had any complaints about this shop. :)
