Been with Vodafone for years .. not the cheapest but always good network for mobile and broadband .. good to be able to pop in store and also very good phone representatives too

I walked in without an appointment as I needed a new phone and was greeted by Chloe. She asked for my requirements and explained prices of contracts to suit my everyday life. She was kind and friendly and was able to sort out everything I needed ?.

Hats off to Tom in store today. Both me and my partner had an awkward query with our existing contracts, my partner was already a Vodafone customer and hers was dealt with in minutes. I was with O2 and apparently O2 couldn't help me in store as they only "sold" things from branch, went into Vodafone afterwards and my issue was resolved within minutes and I'm now a Vodafone customer.Tom was very helpful, friendly and efficient - thanks a lot.
