Excellent value, quality products and brilliant customer service. Recently purchased 10 x 3.6m deck boards to be delivered. Couldn?t be home to receive the delivery and yet the driver kindly offered to leave the goods down the gated side path and click the padlock. Product price was excellent, too. Will definitely be using the Yate branch a lot more from now on.

Looked for a specific sized clean aggregate as a sub base to comply with installation instructions for a resin bound project. Helped by member of yard staff who couldn?t do enough to assist. Then helped by Sam to order product from a 3rd party supplier. Needed delivery within two days, which was sorted despite issues their end. Then recalled for help with drain covers and helped by Darren who scoured shelves and online options to help me find an alternative to my chosen one being out of stock. These guys are really really helpful. Wouldn?t choose to go anywhere else if I can. Thanks

After years of dealing with other merchants I?ve found travis the most helpful and the most knowledgeable when it comes to sourcing materials always helpful there driver Josh is probably the best driver I have ever come across super polite super helpful an absolute asset to Travis keep up the good work you?ve got my business from now on

I went to buy some chippings as my usual Travis Perkis was out of them. In the office 3 staff members were talking amongst themselves and only spoke with me after one of their drivers came in. I was directed to take my vehicle into the yard to collect the chippings. I was initially told to stop my vehicle by a yard hand but when I go out he just walked away. I found the chippings but at no stage did any of the 3 staff in the yard ask me what I was after or gave any help. Eventually the driver who came into the office when I was there spoke with me asked me to move my car around to the chippings area which I did. I was then told by another member of staff to move as he wanted to unload a lorry. I told him I had been told to park there as I wanted some chippings. Again no one came to ask what I was after or made any offer to help. I moved my car as requested again then decided to leave without any goods as I had been there about 15 minutes now and no one had made any attempt to help me. The yard staff were rude and totally un helpful. I'm sorry Travis perkins but this kind of service is totally unacceptable and not what I usually expect. I will not be using the Yate branch again, I would rather overspend at B& Q at least the staff are helpful.

Excellent, knowledgeable customer service in the shop, helped me find what I needed and friendly yard staff who said to wait in my warm car and then loaded it in for me, thanks guys, great service!!
