Fairly adequate express store in terms of product availability. Aisles are far too narrow with boxes of products everywhere - a poor gentleman in a wheelchair got stuck in multiple places, and the checkouts were so high he couldn't reach to pay himself without assistance. Though the entrance may be accessible, the rest of the store is not.

Staff here are lovely. They kept me sane the past few years and they never stop but they're still really friendly

Store is OK, but I often make the walk there and find it closed for "technical difficulties". Bit annoying they haven't sorted that out for good

Shopped in there this afternoon. Another customer entered the store not wearing a face mask. When I alerted a member of staff she said she was unable to do anything about it but I as a customer could. This is not correct by my understanding of the law as is currently stands. Staff turn a blind eye to the current Covid 19 guidelines and the legal requirements. You have to make a judgement before you enter the store on how safe it is to shop. Very unsatisfacory.

Normally a very good store but. Really concerned about how staff are not taking any notice of the 2meter rule also too many people in the shop at one time there must have been at least 14 people in such a enclosed space .cant staff stack shelves when the store is closed

I don?t understand why there?s never anyone behind check out, every time I?m in there instead of in and out I have to wait minutes for someone to come and serve, by time they get to the kiosk there?s always 3+ people waiting, poorly managed
