The most unhelpful staff ever!
Couldn't give me a receipt for my purchase as the till had gone down!
However, the card machine took my money!
The manager would not let me take my purchase as the transaction was not showing on the till! (obviously not as till had gone down)
The transaction was showing pending on my banking app!
2 days later I return to the store to show them that the transaction has been cleared by my bank!
I'm still not allowed to take my purchase of 2 days ago!
I now have no garment, no receipt and money taken from my bank account by Sports Direct!
Email being sent to Head Office regarding the unlawful behaviour of Sports Direct, Yate.

Shocking customer service from the young girl on the floor today! You are in a sales position that means acknowledging the customer is there and helping them! Walking away from me and ignoring me and when I do get your attention you didn?t say one word.. nothing! You weren?t busy with something else and the store wasn?t busy at that time.You couldn?t even be bothered to bring the box back to me where I was stood, I had to find you to ask you if you had them, again you didn?t speak. I get that customer facing jobs are rough at times and it gets busy as hell, I?ve been there but that today was rude and you couldn?t be bothered if you really hate the job that much then I strongly advise something that makes you happy because you let the others down in there that do a good job

I bought some football boots online that were a bit snug on my fat feet, went to take them back in store and despite having a receipt was told I couldn't have my money back and instead could only have store credit which had an expiry on it. Sure its cheap but think twice before you buy as its the last time you're seeing that money!

Been twice in a week to buy some trainers and both staff on there phones so went on line and got it, and yes only 1 good women that serves the rest are a joke.

Horrendous company. Using the bricks and mortar loophole to refuse to refund unworn clothes. Coupled with a sarcastic manager just an overall awful experience. Absolutely awful company decision to screw customers as much as possible

I have found myself shopping in this store a few times recently and i must say that the lady on the till is an absolute star and provides a customer service we have come to expect but actually rarely get these days ,its so refreshing to enter a big branded store and walk out feeling like a valued customer from even the smallest of purchases.I did want to email the store to sing praises but unfortunately and rather sadly you can only submit complaints!! A shame .

Was in store early today picking out trainers, store has extremely helpful and welcoming staff members, but wanted to give extra praise to one in particular (Kam Law).Not often that staff stand out, but he was extremely helpful, seen me checking out padding for shoes and offered a pair that suited my needs perfectly without being asked, definitely went above and beyond to ensure we had a nice easy experience in store.

I wouldn?t even give this store a star with how the manager spoke to me. I was looking around for someone to check some sizes for my trainers and the manager told me to go back and look for the workers that WERE NOT there! He was incredibly rude to me! And behind him was a worker who was doing nothing! I will never go there again after being treated like that as a CUSTOMER! Absolutely disgusting behaviour and customer service.
