My glasses arm fell off and these are my only glasses. I am due to attend my son's wedding this weekend so was worried about them being able to be repaird .I took them to yate spec savers staff I encountered were very helpful . staff member Ross repaired them quickly and to a high standard . I am very pleased with the service .

I visited Specsavers Yate at 16.10 on Friday 23 February. The service was nothing short of exemplary; from the initial greeting, then upstairs for a Contact Lens Check and some necessary advice, before going back downstairs to where I was shown to some suitable frames. On selecting the frames that I liked, Jug expertly dealt with measuring-up, optional extras, ordering and payment. It was a breath of fresh air to be treated as a valued customer should be. I?d not hesitate to recommend the branch. Thank you all.
